Sebastian switches between quiet, determined resolve and enthusiastic jubilation in an instant. He exhibits endless fascination in phenomena. He’s not deeply interested in people, per se, but he is fascinated in their behavior and reactions.
He might seem like a full sociopath, but really he’s just wholly focused on his pursuit of making the undead useful to society.
