I was able to add a creature so that worked. I'll play around with it and see what else I can do as well. Anything that I can't figure out I'll just chalk up to non-compatability with Android 2.3. The whole Android 4.0 vs. 2.3 explains a bunch though. At least now I understand why there are differences which helps a lot. Thanks again.

Nah like I said it's no big deal. Not sure how I would send a screenshot from an Original Kindle Fire. Maybe that functionality is on the new ones but I'm not aware of it on the old.

But for example, my user interface is COMPLETELY different in terms of the way it looks than the one shown in the YouTube video. Probably just the different between the android and ipad app I would imagine. I just tried to create a battle as I was typing this as you did at or around 2:09 of your video. When I open the app, it goes straight to the alphabetical monster list with Round 1 on the top right of the screen. The only things I can do at this point is to scroll the list, use the search function at the top, click on an individual monster for deatils or use the standard Fire buttons along the top and bottom. The top buttons are simply for the Kindle Fire itself. Things like brightness and wifi etc. Along the bottom are the Home, Back, options and the search magnifying glass buttons. If I click the options button along the bottom, Load Battle, Manage Battles, Manage My Mobs, Add Monster, Custom C's and More appear.

Load Battle does nothing as I can't add monsters to a battle at this point.

Manage Battles brings up a list of the battles that I created but only has a Disk icon which when I click it it tells me that something was exported.

Manage my mobs brings me to a blank screen with Round 1 on the top left and Manage My Mobs along the top right with an up and down arrow to the bottom left, Import in the bottom middle and Clear All on the bottom right.

Add monster just brings me back to the monster list. I noticed on your video that when you hit the + button it actually added the monster to the battle. When I click it, it takes me to the template selection window.

Custom C's takes me to the screen where I guess you can put in the info for your pc's.

After watching the video again I have to admit that I am a bit frustrated. What I have looks nothing compared to the apple version. I should have tried the Light I guess. Maybe I'll get it for my iPhone and iPad. Dunno. Usuaully just use the Fire for PF apps and whatnot.

First, after looking at what I posted, it did indeed sound a bit peevish. Was tired and frustrated I guess and threw a temper tantrum more or less. So, I apologize Tak.

Second, let me explain what I am experiencing. When I use my original Kindle Fire, the app doesn't move to full screen so therefore the options buttons on the bottom and the bar along the top that houses the time and system options remains on the screen. After watching the video, and I did watch the video 'tutorial' prior to purchasing for the previous poster, in greater detail, it appears that those buttons that are remaining on the screen are covering up some of the functionality of the app. After researching, apparently there are some apps that code in the full screen option and some that do not. I just assumed that this was one that didn't.

As a result, I am unable to create a battle. I can view the monster information but I don't see any of the buttons along the top of your ui that I saw in the video or anything like Alter System as you mentioned in an above post.

No big deal. It's $4.00 and it hardly hurts the wallet. Like I said, I saw a shiny new toy and wanted to use it the following morning with our monthly get-together. I used it for the monster database but that's all it can do atm.

On a side note, I really like what it can apparently do for others =).

I just purchased this app for my original Kindle Fire and it seems to be incompatible. The options bars both on the top and bottom cover up some of the buttons that I see on your video. It would be nice if this was mentioned somewhere in your description. Also, why on earth isn't there some sort of instructions on how to use this program? I guess it might be self-evident if I could see the rest of the screen but I wasted over an hour pulling out my hari trying to figure out what I was doing wrong before I got frustrated enough to really look at your "tutorial".
