Shacka move closer to the behemoth, hoping to close the distance so he can eventually hit the thing with magic, or alternatively hit anyone with healing magic if they need it. Saheilu barrels towards the beast, attempting to leap across the river on his way to it , but not quite able to make it close enough to attack in the same movement.
Seeing Janira go down, Schaka quickly motions for Saheilu to charge down the minotaur, hoping that the party and bear will get there in time. For his part, Schaka moves into about the center of the party and makes another motion, calling upon his divinely bestowed powers to bless his allies strikes so they might more easily hit the beast when they get to it. Schaka makes his way into the cave, looking sheepish about not being able to help in the fight against the zombies. Seeing that Miklos has a fairy nasty gash , Schaka pulls out the wand the party got from Janira and asks, Do you want me to take a look at that, Miklos? Wouldn't want you to get an infection.
Well, I suppose clearing off these insects really quickly wouldn't hurt... Schaka mumbles as he does so, throwing the insects farther back into the cavern, beyond the pool of water. When he looks to have removed them all, he quickly follows his companions down the western tunnel and motioning for Saheilu to follow.
Schaka suddenly looks embarassed about splashing arounf in this gillman's sacred water, and smiles apologetically. I've never been one for reverence, but I'll do my best to respect your sacred site. he then begins looking around, both at the edges of the pool and at the model city in the center, doing his best to keep his word despite not knowing how that looks like for this gillman.
Seeing that he's being waved forward and being informed of the situation, Schaka smiles and walks forth, having Saheilu remain behind while he goes to meet the gillman. He eases himself into the same pool as the gillman, sending forth ripples to try to gain is attention without startling the poor thing. If he finally turns around, Schaka will smile broadly and say, Greetings! We're here to explore this cave and learn more about it, anything you'd be willing to say for those wh0o cannot hear it? At the mention of hearing, he'll make a show of pulling back his hair and revealing that he in fact has no ears to hear with.
So many scrolls... so many scrolls! Schaka says, looking through the wands and scrolls as Robyyn does while trying to pay attention to other people's lips as they speak. I can use the obscuring mist, burning hands, and gust of wind items with ease, and I am also relatively skilled with using magic items. Though, I also have enough power to cast cure light wounds, burning hands, and bless, but only four times in any combination, Schaka list off the different spells on his fingers as he speaks, his attention drifting from the others. He then appears to get distracted by the burns on his fingers, tracing the scars with his other equally burned hand and following the whorls and spirals of them, lost in his own world before being nudged by Zaheilu and brought back to the task at hand. Oh, right, yes, Confirmation. Onward?
I do have some minor healing, but I cannot use it very many times per day, so unless we are going to rest here for another day... Schaka says with a chuckle, resting on his bear. I'm not oppposed to using it though, if you feel we should use it instead. And I shall be picking up some sort of wand once I have the funds or pull to.
Ugh, spiders everywhere! Reminds me too much of home! Schaka shouts as he blunders out of the swarm. He pulls one of his Alchemist's fires when he is free and throws it at the back of the sawrm, hoping to catch as many spiders as possible with the splash. Sorry, Madam Janira!

Schaka shrugs as he watches people discuss watches and who will be where. I'm not so good at being on watch, but Saheilu will be with me. I can see in the dark and Saheilu can hear and smell, so together we make a full person! Schaka lets forth another laugh. When he calms himself back down, Put us wherever you need, we shall be ready.
Schaka opens and closes his mouth a few times, as if to say something but fail to find the words. After another couple moments, he finds what he was trying to say: I knew I was forgetting something... Master Farabelus did teach me about being prepared for swarms, but I forgot. Can we stop by the market so I may buy some alchemist's fire before we go... wherever we're going?
Far from the first time tonight, the door to The Pig's Paunch bursts open, and yet another Pathfinder runs in though the door with an animal in tow. This particular Pathfinder is a tall Garundi man with curly black hair that his shocks of flame red running through it, and as his hair bounces while he runs, you see that he has no ears on his head. Loping behind him is a bear about the size of a small dog with dark fur and golden stripes running along it. I am sorry, I did not mean to arrive so late, but the other initiates forget, I cannot hear their knocking, he says a little too loud and with a boisterous laugh, Schaka Inkedama, at your service. I am here to help you all stay on your feet and defeat any who oppose use! But please, if you need to talk to me, get my attention because I need to see your lips. He pushes his hair back as if to emphasize his lack of ears to hear with, also showcasing the fact that his arm looks to have been shoved into a blacksmith's furnace for a prolonged time. Oh, and the adorable bear is Zaheilu, the small bear yawns as Schaka pats his head, he will fight alongside you in ways I can't.
