It definitely has inspired me to consider creating my own PbP when I'm no longer noob status ^_^
Zavas thank you as well! Aaaaah yes those posts look like they are exactly what I need. I think I'm going to be obnoxious and be a basic build bard, but we shall see <3 I will read a few of the PbP games currently in session as well to see how the GM's around here like to handle the flow!!! Good idea!
Ah ok so there *is* a little bit more lee-way with Play by post then? Excellent. Due to work and college and etc. I'll really only be interesting in playing the PbP format, which is why I'm making sure I actually do the dirty work of researching it before I hope into some random forum like "derp can I play?" Lolol Thank you, I'll look into that link as well.
Welcome! I am *extremely* new to the whole D and D *Pathfinder* scene, but I absolutely love it. I've done a few 4 hour treks/ dungeons over Google Chat with a few friends and I want to nerd out completely with this stuff. I *have* read the CRB and APG since those are free, and these are my questions 1) Where can I go to know as much as possible before I go into a Play by Post game? I'm a noob, and I do NOT like wasting people's online time with "Omfg is he serious?" questions :) 2) If I only "own" what is available on the basic pathfinder website, can I still play in pretty much any "quest" being done in Play by Post games, or do I *have* (emphasis on have) to buy a few things? 3) How do I join a PbP game? FAQ's or just some basic "For Noobs" sheets should satisfy this part for me. Aside from that, make way, as Sazar the Orator loves being a mfin' BARD ;) *thank you for any help given* |
