I second the Fauchard suggestion. I have a level 14 eidolon in a home campaign that uses reach evolution, lunge, large size evolution, and combat reflexes to great effect. AoOs are your friend.

What about a Ninja/Warpriest with flurry of stars and shuriken as his sacred weapon?
Oh, good point. I'm playing a bladebound hexcrafter magus, we have a str-focused ninja, and a dhampir inquisitor. So pretty melee heavy.
In a game I recently started playing our party found and saved an npc who the DM has said will join the party as cohort to our party. Which archetype would be best for her to be? Synthesist probably doesn't need to be used since our DM rolled her stats (and they're pretty ridiculous). She is human and will probably be 2 to 3 levels lower than the party, which is level 5 now.
Are these two archetypes able to be combined? They both alter the Arcane Pool, but in different ways (SD replaces the weapon buffing ability that BB doesn't need, BB lowers the total Arcana). |
