"I'm Samael. I ran away from home to join the circus. I really like the circus. It's a lot of fun. My folks and siblings are fine, but, I just wasn't cut out to be a farmer digging in the dirt. I learned how to juggle at the circus." Samael begins juggling cards, and a hammer, and an everlight crystal. "I can make some money by entertaining folk with the juggling, but, I like the adventuring life." Samael makes no mention of his supplementing his income with pickpocketing or other thieving skills.

"Then, I ran away from the circus to go adventuring. I really didn't get enough recognition for what I was doing at the circus. And, with these friends, I feel much more that I am making a difference. And, I really want to make a difference in the world."
