I'm curious about my order listed above. I know things are a bit crazy with Gen Con, but I'm also concerned that the number of cancellations shown in the order (cancellations from 2014) might be holding things up somehow?

Is there any way that I can check this?

Hello,

I have sent 3 emails now attempting to cancel my subscription and yet I still got shipping notification for order 3228205 as part of the subscription.

I do not want this sent to me and I do not want to be billed for it and I most certainly do NOT want to have to hassle with sending it back if it does get shipped to me.

How can I ensure that this is not going to be sent to me and that I am not going to be billed and that my subscription is actually going to be canceled as per my request?
