Added a bit more info on Sadiki's background, answering the questions you asked us to include.

I think this character is good to go.

You should only have 26 hp though.

14 (Con) + 6 (Class HD) + 6 (Thoughness: 4+2) = 26
You don't get your Con score plus your Con modifier at first level.

Got it, Sorry about that! Darn that one tough wizard!

Toughness grants +6 hit points at 1st level (+4, +2 for 1st hit die) and and additional +2 hit points for every hit die thereafter.

That is a good question... DM hasn't posted for a while...

I assume armors for us mage types would allow any ac bonus items. For weapons I bought my pearls of power, wands, and scrolls. Anything remaining I used for other or mundane equipment. I would recommend doing that, and if the DM has a problem with it I'm sure he will let us know. As for other sources I cannot say, but you could probably purchase from them for now and if the DM says otherwise you could go back and adjust.
