About Ryuu Rossburg

Ryuu (re-you) Rossburg never knew his parents, he was found as a babe by the martial arts master Akio who took the child in and eventually as his disciple.

He has shunned the single Monastery life of his fellows. He believes the path to true enlightenment is a true understanding of all views of life, perfection of style, mind, and body through the knowledge of all peoples. As a child he was trained in the arts from a young age by a similar master, He was taught that all things have balance and that all are right,in some way or form. This doesn't mean he won't fight when someone oppresses his way of life or view, but he does so relectanlty as he sees the view of the other side. It was this, along with his own curiosity that lead to him leaving his home to travel the world. During his travels he has several rough spots, whether he was trapped in the storm, a blizzard, attacked by bandits, He always managed to keep pushing forward from sheer force of will and belief in himself. He has come to Orision to discover more forms of training and views on life. He has heard of a group of worshipers of pharasma opening a tomb city and couldn't pass the chance to explore the knowledge within the place. He seeks enlightenment through knowledge of history, an understanding of all the different beliefs of the world, (even the evil ones!) and a firm grasp on as many martial disciplines as possible. To further this quest, he has delved forgotten tombs of ancient kingdoms, seeking understanding of there ways, customs, and beliefs, as well as any martial disciplines that may be long lost to the world above and has grown quite fond of discovering and learning about the architecture of these long lost civilizations as well. So, the chance to explore the tombs of wati was, impossible to pass up.

personality- somewhat reserved, but has his moments of spontaneity, honest but headstrong in his own abilities. He always seeks to see both sides of an argument, and whether one side is his friend, always takes the side he believes to be morally right. This doesn't mean he will leave a friend hung and dry, on the contrary he will seek to explain why he believes his friend is in the wrong. He will never lift his staff or fists against anyone until he or a loved one is threatened.
