Hey Asara, just realized that I haven't greeted you uet. So welcome to the party. As for your question it isn't a bad idea to say a short description such as : I cast Bless (+1 to Attack for X number of rounds, for those who are X number of feet from me). But even at that most of us here have the books or the psrd available so we can check what it does. It speeds up play, not as if it would make a real difference in PBP, but it is always nice so that we can reffer to it again.
