Hi,

I tried to complete an order on Nov 10, and it would not complete.

This is a recurrent problem. Contacted customer service several times on that day and since.

I have had absolutely no response.

I have 6 items waiting in my purchase cart.

I am trying to GM a game for my 5 players over the Christmas period while we have time to kick it off.

Could I get some assistance here, please?

Look I really want to use your products -- and I really want to purchase them.

Once again, your purchase system is failing -- but in a new way.

No I click on "Place Your Order" on the "What Will Happen When You Place Your Order" page...the timer circles for a moment then nothing happens.

Can this be fixed please?

I am still battling this (posts May, June, July, September, October) -- and despite responses on this forum, the problem is not fixed.

This is the only on-line payment system I have any trouble with.

Hey,

There is something wrong with your payment system online. As I've indicated in a range of messages to your customer service forum, and via email since May 16, I keep getting a "valid payment" error trying to purchase fro your website.

I answer your messages to me immediately, but you never do anything effective.
At best you send me one message which offers to help or asks as question. I respond promptly, then....nothing.

The shield of blades is meant to confer a shield bonus of the same value as the penalty to hit.

Is this bonus added to your AC if you are also using a shield?

Like another poster here (also from Australia), I have attempted to place an order three times over the past couple of weeks. The latest version of the order was :

Core Rules 2ed pdf
Ultimate Intrigue pdf

(the initial order was just the Core Rules 2nd edition -- I only want one copy of this).

Both times I have attempted, including putting in my credit card details
it says that it does not have a valid payment method.

Is manual processing required for orders from Australia?

As far as I can see, no deduction has been made from my credit card.

Can you please check to see if the order was placed and is still awaiting processing?
Yes -- I have posted this question before. You indicated I should try running my browser in incognito mode, and that I should email you if that did not work. It didn't and I did (respectively).

Hi All

I want to give the players a taste of the above. The players will be defending, trying to repel an orc assault.

How will the rules work with regard to this? I can see a few things:
1. logically players may ready an action as they stand by at the top
as the ladders fall into place. How do we handle throwing down a ladder?
2. When the attacking orcs get to the top of the ladder -- things look a bit grim,. but then apparently there is never a shortage of orcs. I figure the best they can hope to do is bull rush to make a space and get off the ladder ASAP, and let some mates up.
3. As they attempt to bull rush, the defenders get an attack of opportunity.
4. If the orcs are injured in the round, this decreases their combat maneuver bonus by the amount of damage. if the defenders are injured in the round -- does this decrease their combat manuever defence? Why not?
5. If the orc does not succeed in the bull rush -- I guess it would be nice to be able to push him (or her, gender equality even in death) off the ladder. I was thinking of calling this a trip manuever. I figure if they have taken damage that round, it should mean a decrease to their combat maneuver defence.

Am I on the right track? Suggestions? Answers to my question about throwing down the ladder?
