The thrust of Arianna's blade forced a sneer from Rolth as he leers at her.
As you open the door you see eight cold iron beds standing here with sharp frames threaded with worn manacles and stained leather straps. Several of them are occupied by obviously unwilling patients and each one appears to be in a different state of consciousness with their combined moans murmuring throughout the room. Between them stand several small tables, each covered with gore-soaked pans, flasks of mysterious fluids and all manner of cruel-looking cutting instruments. A sizable brown-crimson stain covers much of the easternwall as if all all the blood from a body once held there had exploded forth in a single violent eruption. In here are more of the queen's physicians and a bunch of more clerics and a single figure, looking different from all the rest with nasty greasy hair, pale and blotchy from scared that appear to have been caused by various disease. He wears thick leather robes lined with dozens of pockets that bulge with surgical and mortician tools. It all makes sense to you now that you realise this room looks somewhat like the horrible place in the dead warrens and for a moment the man looks confused, however his features sharpen and he appears enraged. "Vandels! You ruined my beautiful creations! My Carrion Golem was glued to the floor, my Flesh Golem was headless and you even killed my apprentice.
