Roine crosses his wrists and focuses his energy. As he opens his eyes he begins to shrink down into the form of a goblin. The goblin smiles and says in Roine's voice, "I will go next."
"The way I see it is that the water path doesn't work; therefore, all we have is the bridge. My main concern is that they try to cut the bridge while we cross. By getting as many across disguised, we can prevent the goblins on the other side from cutting the bridge. I don't feel that we can avoid all alerts but it should at least insure that we all get across."
"Well, here's what we got.... Now, I could disguise myself as a goblin with a spell and make my way over to the other side. Once there, I can call in reinforcements to hold the bridge until the rest of you make it across. Does anyone else have the ability to change shape or become invisible?" Any takers on the magic items? The only thing that I could use is the cloak?
"What do we have here?"

With a short bow, Roine dismisses the elemental. "Drrrock Grumxx" "Thank you for your service." Turning to address his comrads, "i have a spell that can get myself and two others down to the beach; however, swimming is not my strong point either. Without a boat, I believe that the bridge is the only reasonable path."
Roine moves into sight of the group with his wand in hand ready to fire "Grum ovak xek" "the goblin before you"

Spoiler: Do you want me to keep the stats on my summoned creatures or do you want to run them & keep track of them?
Whispering, "I can move back up the tunnel and summon an earth elemental. It should be able to travel under the ground to another entrance in the next room to block any escape. Let me know when you are ready. The spell will not last long so we must proceed with haste once the elemental arrives. Should we leave any alive for questioning?"
Roine pulls out his wand. He tilts his head trying to hear what the goblins are saying.
The pale skinned human with tattoes looks up. His eyes are completely milky white. He waits to gage your reaction and then speaks, "Hello. I understand that you are assisting with the goblin problem in Sandpoint. My companions and I have come to assist you." Taking a breath, Roine removes the cowl from his head and you notice that he has neither top hair nor eyebrows. "My name is Roine. I am a barrister by trade but I have been trained as a mage." |
