Races
Using Besm point values from the races applied to Pathfinder races
Dwarf 8pts
Elf 8pts
Gnome 9pts
Half-Elf 7pts
Half-Orc 3pts
Halfling 8pts
Human 5pts
I am partial to setting the standard point value of 8 per race so the effect is:
Dwarf 0pts
Elf 0pts
Gnome 1pts
Half-Elf -1pts
Half-Orc -5pts
Halfling 0pts
Human -3pts
Does this help?

I did a quick total comparison between 3.5 cleric and Pathfinder Cleric using BESM D20 and I figured the total was 65 point total difference. That means a 20th level 3.5 is roughly 200 point and Pathfinder is 265 points, roughly. This would translate to 3.25 point per level difference converting from D&D 3.5 to Pathfinder.
I am guessing this is going to be pretty much true through out the various classes. Do you guys want a break down in how I got there?
I'd love to see your point breakdown. I had been using a 220CP total as a guestimate myself, mostly based on a quick look at the fighter and the wizard. (Likely too quick, but I try to keep a comedic bent on the game so nobody is particularly worried about who is more powerful.)
I've been mostly just using CP for creating custom races, but the guy playing a Dynamic Sorcerer has been begging for more CP. (Even though I gave him the runecasting abilities from the 'Book of Experimental Might' Runeblade class to back up his spellcasting.) I think he's being a little greedy, but if there's a good justification, I have no problem.
