Paladins Reactions are mechanically strong, and achieve the goal they set out to achieve, but that goal is totally antithetical to what being a Paladin means: they are not the 'holy tank' they are a Deities Wrath made flesh, standing alone if needed against any and all, destroying the enemies of the faith when ever and where ever they are found, with fire and sword. Paladins reactions are far to passive for this, they would fit the team work based inquisitor far better than the attack orientated Paladin.

Am I missing something or does the Inspired Blade completely outshine the Rondelero Swash?

How would (or even should) half swording be represented for example:

Holding the sword by the blade and smashing the targets skull with the hilt/pommel (for example for bypassing DR/Blunt)

What weapon would people use to represent the Falchion as it actually was made, eg as a 1 h , heavy cutting sword? http://25.media.tumblr.com/ddb33c2ec35fa0c8eddd083f25b70666/tumblr_mfsk2q7n jf1rrjmgoo4_500.jpg

rather than the 2h gross messer style weapon we current have rules for (a 2h beast of a crit hunter sword )

What would be the best approximation basically, just go with long sword? Or falcata? Any other suggestions, just really like the sword IRL and it would be nice to have an in game version available.

Ok, have just downloaded and am currently looking through the beta, and it appears to me that playing a caster is still the 'best' choice, what I mean is that a pure melee character will be left behind in versatility, damage output, and well usefulness, once the Cleric/Mage/Druid/Sorcerer, gets to about 5th, maybe a little higher, am I missing something?

I hope I am because I am hoping for a system where the sneak attacking rogue, and the fighter with the 2h sword are as deadly, and necessary a part of the party as the spell slingers.
