Used Xara Photo and Graphic Designer, (you can also use Corel Draw or the like).
Printed B&W on high quality printing paper, then used self adhesive laminate over the print.
The Character boards are glued to black Bristol board (Spray adhesive).
Cut with exacto.
Used random Paizo images (for my private use only not resale of course)
Really happy with the look, the B&W works great and doesn't detract from the color card artwork, gives it that... dreamy history feel to it as you play.
Just thought I'd share these photos to inspire others to be creative.
