Ricdak smiles gruffly at Yalandere. "Now you're talkin, breaking out the wine. Ya shouldn't have any worries, though. We're more than enough for the task we've got ahead of us. They're not gonna know what hit them," he says, taking his first bit of wine. As Arik returns, he nods several times through his words on honor. After he finishes, he grins widely. " Now ye've got the meaning of honor, Arik. You needn't concern yourself with anyone else, it's yer own tale ye need be worried about. " At Pavok's words, he chuckles. "Don't worry, lad, it takes more than that to insult the great Ricdak. You simply can't see my honor due to a lack of vision, seeing as how I've amassed so much of it," he says with a quick wink and a hearty laugh.

Kn:Religion DC 10 Untrained: 1d20 ⇒ 2 "Listen, lad. This dwarf don't back out once he's taken on a deal. There's no way in the nine that I'm going back without finishing it. We're gonna kick some ass and save Aridia, and that's all I've got to say about it. The four of us've been through a lot, and seen a buncha people die, and that's not gonna be fer nothing." Ricdak downs his tea in one gulp, wishing for something with a bit more substance to it. Ricdak nods to Arik as he leaves, and soon after, Pavok as well, but doesn't follow either of them out.

These people may be weak, but some of 'em have got the fight in them. They've got potential, but they gotta be rallied, Ricdak says, scratching at his beard. You said there's undead? I didn't see none out there, but I suppose it's not outta the question. In any case, we're all that's left, as far as I know. 'S too bad..... some real good men were lost.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Ricdak, recovering from his rage after the final ogre is felled, says a few prayers for the fallen warriors. From what I knew o' them, they were good guys. The little one sure had a lotta fight in him for his size. Woulda made a good dwarf. He collects some of the gear that can be salvaged, and then helps Pavok bury them. Well, let's get going. There's not much we can do for 'em now. Regarding healing, Ricdak replies, "Don't worry about me none, the bastards didn't hit me. Not that I wouldn't've rather been hit. Edit: Ate my post earlier this week. In any case, if everyone else is, Ricdak's ready to go.

Ricdak roars once more, slamming his dorn-dergar into the giant. Same deal. -2 Att for +6 Damage, -2 AC for +2 Attack Attack1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 Damage1d10 + 16 ⇒ (6) + 16 = 22 Crit Confirm/ooc]1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18 [ooc]Crit Damage1d10 + 16 ⇒ (5) + 16 = 21 I realized that I used the wrong attack modifier last round. +9 is non raging for me. BAM.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
No problem. I don't see it used all that much either, which is why I made a character that uses it. It's not just a reach weapon, though. It has the ability to be either, which is nifty. But I'd imagine that's not going to help the Ogre like me any more than he does right now.

Ricdak becomes enraged, charging forward as the one in the back throws his rock, and hopefully bringing his Dorn-Dergar to smack into the face of the first one. "YE MADE THE WRONG CHOICE, BASTARDS!" he screams almost unintelligibly in Dwarven as he charges. Raging, Charging, using Power attack for -2 to hit and +6 to damage on the reach mode Dorn-Dergar, and using Reckless abandon for a +2 bonus to hit for -2 AC. AC 14 for the round. 1d20 + 9 + 2 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 9 + 2 - 2 + 2 = 21 1d10 + 10 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 10 + 6 = 25 AC against them is 18. 16 Raging AC, -2 Reckless Abandon, +4 from Defensive Training. HP:71/71

Sorry, I've been kinda dazed lately. I've been trying to find a job, and with this summer heat, I've been exhausted. Sometimes, i stop in and post on PBPs, but I guess I haven't done so on this one. Also, i enjoy RPing Ricdak, especialy if he gets mad, which I'm sure he will at some point. "Thank ye kindly, lads." Ricdak, at some point later, pats Tam on the back, laughing. "Ye're gonna find yerself in trouble with the womenfolk one of these days, and it'll be a right pain to get out of it." Aye. A bite sounds excellent right about now. A drink don't sound too bad, neither.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Ricdak helps Catalina as he can, holding down limbs and pulling meat away with his strength. Ready to move on, unless something else needs to be tended to. The linos that technically survived may very likely be up now, thanks to the channels. Hopefully, though, they just move on, not wanting to mess with us anymore.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
There should be some left alive. The second one that got to me would've had at least 7-8 rounds before it bled to death, I think. At least, if it's a standard lion. Pavok was beating one with NL damage, so that one should be alive. There might even be another one alive, I don't know. The only one I'm fairly sure is dead was the first one I hit.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Kolm stops raging as the last lion goes down. Panting a bit, he collects his dropped weapon. "That wasn't so bad," he says, wiping sweat from his brow. As Pavok starts healing him, he says "Ye should focus on the little one. I can more'n take a scratch, y'know," although he doesn't argue if you continue healing. Unless you heed his advice and heal Tam instead, Ricdak's at 51/59. Any that aren't actually dead, we should try and keep alive. If we decide to keep em for later, be it for food or whatever be the case, it'll keep 'em fresh, and if not, they'll be able to keep on living. With the others, we should decide what we're doin' with 'em mighty quick.

I just thought that you might have gotten it, even on a low roll. A 1 however, I don't think cuts it. My CMD is only.... That's higher than I thought. It's an 18. I didn't realize that. Ah, well. I wouldn't mind if you posted all the scores. It would be nice, but I suppose it really isn't necessary. Also, sorry to bother you. I didn't realize what went on (as can be seen).
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Eh, I'll just assume I'm still in it's clutches. If not, I'll be two handing, and you can add another 5 damage. Same PA/Reckless Abandon Ricdak swings his axe wildly at the attacking lion, nearly frothing at the mouth as he yells, a true example of Dwarven Berzerker spirit. "HELP THE OTHERS! I'LL TAKE CARE O' MESELF!" Attack1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21 Damage1d10 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14 If it dies, drop the waraxe and pick up my dorn-dergar as a free and move action, respectively. 11/14 Rage rounds left. 14 AC. 43/71 HP remaining. Edit: Added his yell.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
I'm fine. I woulda been in trouble had the first one got to me. After DR, I've only taken 15 points of damage. 56/71 HP remaining. Ricdak drops his Dorn-Dergar, drawing his Dwarven-Waraxe as a move action, and he attacks with it. Power attack and Reckless Abandon again Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18 Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13 12/14 Rounds of Rage Remaining.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Sounds good to me, Tam. Ricdak moves within charging range as well, 45 feet away, using his weapon in reach mode as was stated, hypes himself into a frenzy (He rages), and readies an action to attack a lion if he's spotted. Stealth, which I forgot:1d20 ⇒ 3 If he gets attacked, I'm pretty sure that it should go: Readied attack and attack of opportunity (for moving through reach, unless they have reach, then the cat's attack. I'll put down both attack rolls, using power attack and Reckless Abandon, for a net -2 AC +6 damage, leaving him with a 14 AC. AoO: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 Damage: 1d10 + 16 ⇒ (7) + 16 = 23 Readied Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21 Damage: 1d10 + 16 ⇒ (5) + 16 = 21 13/14 Rounds of rage remaining
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Ricdak unwraps his dorn-dergar, ready to battle. "This should be good, lads." Ricdak is confused by Tam's transformation. "So this is what you meant back in the bar, eh? Whatever works for you, I guess." Ricdak lets out most of the chain, and tries to find a rock he can hide behind to get the jump on the cats. That's a good question. I haven't paid for one, but if I need to, I should hopefully be able to cover mine. No idea how expensive CAmels are, but I'm sure that 25% increase is gonna hurt.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Perception: 1d1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29 I can't learn anything particularly valuable, but I'll give it a shot.
Nope, not even with a max of 10. I know they're big. That'll be all. :P Now, Food 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Are we going by normal Survival rules for food? If so, I've got extra meals on both of my successes. I'll subtract what rations I need to once we've got all the rolls. Also, what a statistically unsound waste of high rolls. 2 20s and a 19? Sadface inbound. Oh well.
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
Joe, you can buy things with gold. there's a 25% increase in price, however. and if I'm not mistaken, 1rupia - 5sp. THat 25% means I have to redo the amount of gold it'll take to make my spiked gauntlet, though. I'll be back with that in a bit. Edit: Alright, the iron for the spiked gauntlet will instead cost me: 1GP 6SP 7CP
Male Dwarf Barbarian 4
"Thank ye greatly, sir. We'll be sure to put things right," Ricdak says before leaving him to his work. "I'm gonna go see if I can't get a little work done back at the forge," he says to the others once outside. Ricdak will go back to the forge and ask if he can both use the facilities and use some iron. He's going to try to make a spiked gauntlet, taking 10 on the check for a 22, and voluntarily raising the DC of the gauntlet by 10 to 22. His resulting progress, if made for a week, would be 484 sp worth of gear, but as it's just the one day, it will be just shy of 70sp, completing the Spiked Gauntlet by the end of the day. It will cost him 1 GP 9 SP, 9 CP for the iron, with the adjustments to price for paying in coins.
