Background:
Rhen Stonefist did not grow up poor. His dwarven clan was one of the most prestigious in Janderhoff. As such, he did not hone his muscles in the mines or molding steel, as most of his brethren. However, he knew at a young age, that he wanted to be a soldier, a defender of the clan and the citadel from foreign invaders. When he showed up for training, he was laughed at due to his lack of muscles and upper body strength. Rhen was not so easily dissuaded. His parents paid for him to be trained by duelists, unheard of in the dwarven clan at that time. He was trained to be the most agile and quickest dwarven warrior, and eventually, as his skill and accomplishments grew, he attracted the attention of his superiors in the guard, who were surprised by Rhen’s inability to get hit, while consistently landing blows on his enemies. Eventually, his talent rose to the point that he was selected to the elite dwarven strike force unit, an accomplishment of great renown in Janderhoff. Rhen is a true warrior, whose loyalty is to the unit, his companions, and the mission. He loves his homeland and will do anything to protect it, even give his own life for it. His fighting style is designed to help his teammates in combat.
