Our group could probably tolerate stealing from the party. The only issue I see with that whole conundrum however is why would the party keep them along?

Lets say you are running RotR and you have a NG Cleric, N Barbarian, LN Alchemist, CG Sorcerer and finally a rogue trying to steal from them... why on earth would any of those characters keep the rogue around? You have a clear issue and shared goals while someone who you accepted inside of your trust is being imbecilic. Think about this as if you were a person (or you), if you had a friend who stole your money every time you spent time with them, how much longer would they be your friend for?

Sure, if the party were a bunch of goblins in a one shot I'd expect this level of idiocy. But I think for a long term campaigns sake, especially in a more moral adventure this doesn't work at all and even if we were to tolerate it in a metagame sense, it doesn't really make sense from a characters point of view.

Further more, what are the alignment implications of this? Why is the character in reference actually stealing from his group, what are the motivations?

Alchemist, especially branching into Master Chymist as a prestige class can be a lot of fun. One of the things I really enjoy about alchemist is all the esoteric things you can do with your discoveries but also archetypes. Always leads to somewhat eccentric gameplay, be it a Winged Marauder Goblin or a Mummified Gnome with an extra appendage he calls a familiar.

Inquisitor I think is the next one following that, the class by nature has a lot of character and is extremely useful.

The answer to your question though, of all those walking into a bar obviously a Bard is at a huge advantage, a bar is virtually his sandbox. While I like Bard's and think they have good RP versatility I think being way too knowledgeable and a face can at times be too easy. Sometimes it's good to have flaws or allow other PC's to shine.

Investigator I don't really like for teamplay. The Magus is pretty straightforward but nothing exceptionally interesting, very powerful in combat.

Here's a discussion I don't have the slightest clue on what the correct answer is.

Blindsense specifically says that an individual does not need to make a perception check to identify a target in it's range.

The issue is whether or not the brain of a given PC would wake up to something triggering the blindsense. Consider we aren't conscious so we can't decipher whether or not the sense is important, it's all down to our autonomic response, akin to hearing I guess, you don't decide in your sleep whether or not the sound is important, you wake up then make sense of it.

How would you rule this? What even is blindsense? The official rules seem very vague in this sense. My current interpretation is that you'd either know straight away and wake up, or your brain wouldn't be wired to wake up to things detected in blindsense thus not relevant when something is sneaking around you campsite at night.

Alchemist / Master Chymist

It's not too convoluted, but makes for fun RP and has a few different ways you can shape it. Good for almost all situations in a combat sense.

There are plenty of places you can go! Try some of these:

[Body Shield](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/body-shield-combat) - Block attacks with your grappled foe.

[Jawbreaker](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/jawbreaker-combat) / [Bonebreaker](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/bonebreaker-combat) / [Neckbreaker](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/neckbreaker-combat) - Do bad things to people you're grappling.

[Bushwhack](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/bushwhack-combat) - Grapple and pin a surprised target in one go.

[Chokehold](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/chokehold-combat) - Strangle a target out (or just keep them from yelling, if stealth is your thing).

[Grabbing Style](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/grabbing-style-combat-style) / [Grabbing Drag](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/grabbing-drag-combat) / [Grabbing Master](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/grabbing-master-combat) - A fighting style focused around grappling.

[Kraken Style](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/kraken-style-combat-style) / [Kraken Throttle](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/kraken-throttle-combat-style) / [Kraken Wrack](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/kraken-wrack-combat-style) - Another fighting style focused on grappling.

[Pinning Knockout](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/pinning-knockout-combat) - Beat up pinned targets more quickly.

[Pinning Rend](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/pinning-rend-combat) - Tear up pinned opponents, causing Bleed.

[Rapid Grappler](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/rapid-grappler-combat) - Speed up your grappling.

[Sleeper Hold](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/sleeper-hold-combat) - Knock out grapple target.

[Snapping Turtle Clutch](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/snapping-turtle-clutch-combat) - Grapple foes who miss you in combat.

[Snoutgrip](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/snoutgrip-combat) - Clamp down on a target's mouth when it fails to bite you.

[Stag Horns](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/snoutgrip-combat) - Grapple at the end of a charge.

[Stunning Pin](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/stunning-pin-combat) - Stunning Fist as a swift action against grapple target.

[Unfair Grip](http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/unfair-grip-combat) - Hold onto grapple targets more easily.

Copy and paste from a useful list of feats from another poster, you can do many things with grapple as long as you invest in feats, Bonebreaker for example allows you to deal STR or DEX damage to the grapple opponent.

Could somebody do Swashbuckler from the AE, i would but im laaaazy.

Hey guys just found these forums and its like 2 weeks until 2015, Pathfinder seems to be getting less popular but i am still going to post my current build.

I am currently running a build test game, so what we do is run one class RP an adventure and then the character goes home or they need to go somewhere and so on, we use level 10 for mid level testing.

What im using now is what i call:

Hack'n'slash for hire
Class: Ninja (UC)
Level: 10.
Race: Orc (ARG)

stats:
Str: 22(+6)- +4 race, +2 level(s), base 16.
Dex: 17 (+3)
Con: 14 (+3)
Int: 10 (-)- -2 race, base 12.
Wis: 11 (-)- -2 race, base 13.
Cha: 10 (-)- -2 race, base 12.

Class/Special:
Ki Pool: with this i only use the extra attack for the round to max my DPR.
Sneak Attack: 6d6.
Ninja tricks: i took the rogue talent ninja trick, with this i took:
-3 combat feats
-major magic (for mage armor)
-ghost touch (walking through 50ft of wall good to have in an adventure.)

Gear:
+1 leather lamellar (UE)
+2 ring of protection.

Weapons:
x2 keen +2 wakizashi's (1d6 16-20 x 2)(UE).

BAB: +7/+2

Feats: TWF, ITWF, TWD, PA, Improved critical (wakizashi), bleeding critical, improved initiative, TWR, Critical focus.

AC: 25 = +5 Lamellar, +3 dex, +4 mage armor, +1 TWD, +2 Ring of protection.

MAX DPR: (considering i should have like another 40,000 gp worth of OP gear)= 60.75 (possibly 75.15 with other stuff that i just added in if i had of taken them as magic items.)

BASE DPR: 54.75 ( only PA is altering the damage between max and base.)

Ki Pool + BASE DPR ( only one extra attack from Ki pool.) = 67.35

Ki Pool + MAX DPR = 74.75

Seeing that Ninja has a great skill point pool, this class in Ace for maxing your perfection in most things, good AC, decent DPR, Ki pool, lots of skills. What isnt their to lose?
