The giant comes after the Impossible Eye with a war cry. As Ohrmizd stands in front and still had the artifact, it is him that is attacked. First with a blow with the axe and then with a bunch of magic missiles.

@Ohrmizd
Axe: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (14) + 30 = 443d6 + 11 ⇒ (4, 5, 3) + 11 = 23
MM: 5d4 + 5 ⇒ (1, 4, 2, 3, 4) + 5 = 19

As Ohrmizd places his hands on the artifact and calls for the one imprisoned to come forth as instructed by the reflection, exactly this happens. The reflection materializes in the room.

A large person stands amidst the party demanding "Finally. Now hand me the impossible eye." Holding out a hand expecting it to be filled with the shiny artifact. In his other hand he holds a greataxe.

Knowledge(Planes) DC27:
This is an advanced Nephilim. Resistant to brute force, fire, cold and magic.

While Yasmeena watches her reflection her face turns into someone else's. "The secret of the brass ship is in the divine fire that guides its way. Light the prow or the waiting post with the flame that cannot be quenched."

As Aithaloessa walks up and down spouting ideas she is startled as her reflection on the polished brass walls suddenly changes. "This palace is accursed - an inescapable trap devised by the grand vizier of the sultan’s court. I have not the time to tell my tale, though a tale worth telling it is, but I too am a victim of this eternal prison and grow weary of its confines. We will speak again. If you would be free, then heed my words well, for we may each hold the key to the other’s escape."

After this message Aithaloessa's reflection turns back to normal.

As the orb is brought into the chamber, it immediately grows quite hot. By passing the orb through the shimmering patch in the air, the extradimensional bolt hole suddenly ripples and opens, creating a 10-foot-diameter vertical hole in reality and revealing a spherical chamber with walls of polished brass; this chamber is 30 feet in diameter, and its only occupant is the Impossible Eye.

The reflection appears on the wall again giving Khedron an interesting face between the antlers.

"As the Impossible Eye holds the secret of my escape, so do I hold the secret to yours. However, waters blessed of the gods themselves are necessary for success. Such a substance is illegal in the city but has been known to be kept as contraband in the troves of certain unscrupulous groups."

"At last the prize is found. Give the glass ablutions in a dozen and one sacred draughts. While it is still wet, one must place his palms against the pane and wish for the imprisoned to be released. Then shall I be freed to remove us from this accursed place. But hurry, the window of opportunity closes quickly; the eyes of the grand vizier search you out even now."

Next is Khedron's reflection. "A fiery orb from days of old lies suspended betwixt brass and sky, yet hidden from mortal eye. It is the key to your quest. In ancient adoration did this fiery heart lie, and only by heart’s blood of the true believer can the way be opened."

Heshan's reflection turns back to normal but Ohrmizd's changes. "An eye of brass was forged of old to grace the grand sultan’s court. This eye could pierce the veils of secrecy, distance, and time with its impossible gaze to bring the grand vizier of the grand sultan tidings for his master’s ear. This Impossible Eye is that which binds us even now, but it was stolen and now lies within these very walls, the cause of our imprisonment and the means of our escape."
