Re’Tulan comes from a long line of Tulans that are known for their knowledge of the land. Re’Tulan looks like his Elven father Van’Qi’Tulan, but has some of the character traits of his human mother, Zelra Tulan. Zelra is not a tracker, but a knowledgeable scholar of ancient ruins. Re’Tulan has heard of the Order of Dragon’s Bane and has always been curious about them, his father is known to have been hired by the order in the past as a guide, but he does not speak of it.
Van’Qi’Tulan taught Re’Tulan practical survival skills and warned Re’Tulan about disturbing relics of the past. Re’Tulan tries to follow his father’s instructions, but he cannot deny his heart. When he has free time, Re’Tulan sneaks into his mother’s chambers and reads her journals and books on ancient ruins. The mysteries of the world fascinate him and keep him awake at night.
Re’Tulan was in search of one such mystery on the edge of Mount Kar, when the ground shook. When he told his father of this his father looked grim and told him where to find the remaining members of the Order. What Re’Tulan did not tell his father is that he meant to join the order himself…
