Personality Traits
Reactionary: You were bullied often as a child, but
never quite developed an offensive response. Instead, you became adept at anticipating sudden attacks and reacting to danger quickly. You gain a +2 trait bonus on initiative checks.

Smuggler: Whether you’re carrying illegal contraband or simply regulated products, you have a knack for sneaking goods past watchful eyes. You gain a +3 trait bonus on Sleight of Hand checks to hide an object, and Sleight of Hand is a class skill for you.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. They ae proficient with light armor, but not with shields.

Sneak Attack
If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.
The rogue’s attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.

Trapfinding
A rogue adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.

Finesse Training (Ex) (Shortsword)
At 1st level, a rogue gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat. In addition, she can select any one type of weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse (such as rapiers or daggers). Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. Whenever she makes a successful melee attack with the selected weapon, she adds her Dexterity modifier instead of her Strength modifier to the damage roll.

Appearance/Personality
Standing at 6’ and only weighing 140 lbs, Raz is an average height, sort of lanky fellow with light brown hair and permanent dark circles under his eyes. A rogue through and through, he is always sporting a cloak and hood to shield as much of himself from the public as possible. Outspoken and quick witted, Raz always has something to say.

Background:

Raised a Varisian in Taldor, Raz has had his fair share of conflict with people. Be it the law when he was smuggling black market goods, or locals that just didn't agree with his skin tone. Never the one to to use brute force, he has relied on his stealth and quickness for survival. Unlike most that take the darker path, his parents are both alive and well. They were loving, simple folk that only wanted the best for their son. It just wasn't in the cards. When not breaking the law for gold, he can usually be found spending it buying rounds at any tavern or losing every dollar at the nearest brothel just looking for a great time.
