I've read the books in the Beginners Box and I'm no creating characters and I have two things I need help with. One, in Section G on the character sheet there are four or five boxes under were you put your weapon. The one I have a question about is Damage. I know that the dice roll for the weapon goes here, like 2d6 or 1d4, but where does the +number come from? And is this only for melee weapons? How does this work for crossbow and bows? Two, Section H is the Armor Class and again I'm not clear on where these numbers are coming from. I'm going back through both the Hero's Hankbook and the GM's Guide to see where they come from. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
