Rataji pulls out a scroll and reads from it, casting a dispelling magic on Zey.

Rataji uses his arcane bonded ring to cast a spell, hastening the party's movements.

haste

Rataji glances at 322. "Could you spare some healing? I'm barely standing."

1/51 hp. No healing in his gear.

Rataji rifles through his pack, but comes up empty handed. With a look of consternation, he shrugs. "If I had to bet, I'd say that son of succubus has a way to see through invisibility. We need to kill him."

Rataji's eyes flutter open, then he groans as he tries to sit up. "F#~*ing Aram Zey! We need to kill that bastard!" Glancing at everyone, he says. "So, anyone have any ideas?"

Rataji painfully leaps out of the way of the snaking fire, but is still burnt badly. Grasping his smoldering clothes, he collapses on the ground.

Casting a spell, he points at Aram Zey.

Rataji glances at the door, then looks at Shohiraj. "Your up."

Rataji curses loudly and hold up his hands. "Wait! Wait!" Glancing at his companions, he says. "The armies are released. We've done our job. Let's get out of here before we're killed!"

Rataji smiles and holds out a hand in greeting to Wolona. "Welcome home! It is good to see our lost companions back in the fold!" He brow begins to knit together and a frown starts to form as Wolona explains the current situation.

When the wyvaran asks for the Aspis king, Rataji shakes his head and holds up a hand. "Welcome friend! I'm afraid I cannot claim the title of king, but as it happens I'm the one your wanting to speak with. What is it that concerns you my friend? You have been released from your prison and given the opportunity to exact revenge on the ones who trapped you. What more do you need?"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15

Rataji smiles and nods. "Understood. We've been sent to relieve you for the time being. Something about a meeting g about a previous mission....." He says, eyeing the half-orc, before continuing. "Er, anyways, obviously we've all done something wrong to be sent down here during the festivities..."

Bluff: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32

Rataji moves to north, drawing his crossbow, and fires at the eastern Foo lizard.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 - 4 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 - 4 + 1 = 7

Rataji casts a spell and fire three missiles of force at the northern Foo lizard.

Rataji quickly casts a spell, hastening his allies' movements, then moves to the east.

haste

Rataji peers at the team. "Good job, Marnarius. Anyone equipped to deal with this?"

Sorry, here. Wasn't showing updates. Rataji didn't have any special mission.

Rataji ambles along the grounds, keeping an eyes on his team in case they need any help.

Once inside Skyreach, Rataji halts the team. "Anyone have a plan to bypass the guards? I would suggest stealth or bluff."

Once everyone has assembled, Rataji stands up and clears his throat.

"As you all know, hundreds of Aspis agents and sympathizers are assembling throughout Absalom in preparation for an attack on the Pathfinder Society’s Grand Lodge. Most of these teams are in position to sow chaos, lure the Pathfinders’ attention elsewhere, and keep the rest of Absalom from interceding."

He smiles grimly, puffing out his chest a little. "As ranking silver agent, I have been appointed to coordinate our strike.....we are the lynchpin of the assault. We are to infiltrate the Grand Lodge, using the festival and throngs of unfamiliar faces to cover our movements. We are to gather what additional information we need, meet with any informants our team knows about, and lay the groundwork for the assault. We may split into smaller groups if necessary."

Taking a breath, he scans his team, looking for complete attention. "Our cue to enter Skyreach—the towering stronghold the Society thinks unassailable—is a speech given by Master of Swords Marcos Farabellus. Agents will start ushering Pathfinders toward one of the lawns and pouring drinks for a toast, giving us a fairly generous window to get inside."

Rataji smiles, rubbing his hands together. "Once inside Skyreach, we have two major objectives: open the Hao Jin Tapestry gateway, and secure the Sky Key. In that order. I have some notes about how to activate the tapestry, as well as the coordinates within the tapestry where our allies are gathered. However, the notes only address how to send one person inside, not how to bring anyone out. It seems Zey is paranoid about even keeping any notes about cracking the tapestry open, and he only stores them in one of the vaults beneath Skyreach—a section called the Antarnicus Wing, used for most of the tapestry’s treasures." Pausing for a breath, he continues. "We must be prepared to break in. Once we have secured the notes, we need get to the tapestry chamber quickly, handle any opposition, open the gateway, and welcome our allies from inside the demiplane."

Furrowing his brow a bit, he continues. "We need to make sure that our allies from within the tapestry have some sense of where they’re going. After that, we ascend to the small museum where the Society is keeping the Sky Key." Smiling again, he says. "It’s the usual routine: take care of any guards, grab the target, get out, and keep the whole operation clean. A second team should find us soon after. They will speak the code 'Five fingers till Oathday' to identify themselves. Then we pass them the Sky Key, get out, and congratulate yourselves. Mission accomplished!" He finished, his eyes alight with the upcoming prospect on wrecking havoc on the Society.

"Everyone ready?"

Rataji paces back and forth, eager to begin mayhem and murderhobo some murderhobos.
