Unknown to most, Ryun is actually the son of a noble, who fled his ancestral home when he was only 15 years of age, after his brother tried to kill him.
The reason for the infancide was his brother had recently killed their father, and was taking over, Ryun attempting to stop him, lost his eye in the conflict.
He has been traveling and living on his own ever since, doing what he must, to stay alive.
