So I'll be honest here, I've held off posting in hopes someone else might start trying to push something forward. Only Jake and myself from the PCs have posted in the past month, and I know some of the players have posted in other games, so they've been on the site. Have people just lost interest? I don't want to be the only one pressing this game forward if the others are just clicking off the new post indicator and moving on.

Is there a reason you didn't just convert the recruitment into the campaign? thereby linking the gameplay and discussion threads to one location?
