Ok... Here they are.
1)Starting weapon... does Musket mean I can choose a double-barreled musket?
2)Level 3 Fast Musket says I can reload a 2 hand firearm as a 1 hand firearm... fine, that means I can reload a double-barreled musket as a 1 hand firearm, yes? That's both barrels with one move action according to the strict interpretation.
3)In my normal weekly group, we disagree and apply everthing to 1 barrel. If it's all poor editing and we need an official paizo rule, that'd be appreciated.
4)Basically, we're looking for a ruling based upon the various descriptions using the word muskets as opposed to single-barreled vs. double-barreled muskets.
If one assumes that muskets(plural) applies to all muskets, including double-barreled muskets, it makes double-barreled muskets over-powering(despite the gold piece cost).
My suggestion is to apply all the rules as is, but make it per barrel. So that would affect double-barreled pistols as well as muskets.
Suggestions? Comments? Anyone official willing to weigh in?
I'd appreciate a Pathfinder Society official ruling regarding double muskets... I'm either blind, or it's not been made yet.
