BACKGROUND

Quitch is a ysoki from Ejiri, a rogue planet in the Vast. Under the guidance of Narteal he developed psychic powers and trained as an astronomer. Just before he became an adult, Bruhi discovery the Drift engine in an archive of mislabeled writings. This shook the ejirians. For the past fourteen years they had been building a generation-ship. Now, they didn’t need to do that. After the first test of the Drift-engine and the discovery of Absalom station, the leaders of Ejiri decided to send citizens to live in neighboring systems and the Pact Worlds. Quitch was one of the first to volunteer. He was excited to learn about astronomy and solar deities from other cultures. After passing through various qualifying tests, he was one of the two dozen sent off-world to learn about the galaxy and report back. On Absalom station, he learned of the starfinders. and decided to join that group.

Quitch worships Ibra. He has younger twin brothers studying to be some of the first solarians from Ejiri.
