About Qiao
Qiao "The 4-Headed Demon" is a famous veteran soldier of the Bachuan Revoluion. He was born in Benchu Bay to a pair of lowly peasants. When the fighting between the rebel communist army and the Lung-Wa imperials swept into his village, his parents were killed. He was taken in by a rebel soldier and grew up to fight in the revolution. He gained fame when he took the heads of 3 top Imperial officers in single combat and returned with their heads strung around his neck, earning the nickname "The 4-headed Demon". This led to the collapse of one of the Imperial armies guarding the road to the Bachuan capital, helped to bring the war to a close. When the communist rebels formed a new government, they gave Qiao a high-ranking position in their People's Army. Qiao married and had children. For a while he was happy.
However, when the infamous Grandmother Pei took control of the Bachuan government, her dictatorial style and ruthless methods led to a great deal of corruption in the governemnt. Qiao was one of the first to openly speak out against Grandmother Pei, who then sent assassins after him. His entire family was killed but he escaped and was granted asylum with the neighboring nation of Hwangott. There he joined up with the local Lantern Lodge Pathfinders.
Qiao is currently travelling around the world trying to find find some sense of peace and meaning to his life.
