Hi all,

I am working on setting up some pre Gen Con gaming on the Wednesday prior to Gen Con, August 2nd. I am looking for Pathfinder 2e and Starfinder scenario requests. Please DM me with any specific scenarios you would like to see ran. We have 4 tables with 2 slots, so 8 total games. First slot will be from 11:30am ro 4pm and the second slot will be 4:30pm to 9pm. Location will be Good Games in downtown Indianapolis about 2 blocks from the Convention center. Also, looking for volunteers GMs for these games. Once I have a good list of scenarios and GM volunteers I will create a Warhorn and share that link. Thanks in advance!

Is there a link to get the full description for each boon before purchasing the boon? I swear I found it at one point but I can't find it any longer.

Thanks for the guide updates. I've had several players ask specifically about learning spells from Scrolls, and I think this will help clear up amy confusion.

I'm just curious on how long it generally takes to become a venture agent for a location. I've been running games consistently at my local game shop for the past couple months now, I'm a two glyph PF2E society GM, and my venture captain has recommended me for venture agent status to Paizo. I would love to start running some scenarios I don't currently own,but I don't want to buy them if I'm going to get access soon. Thanks for any information on this matter.

One question I do have about sanctioning is if any of the adventures from Beadle and Grimm's Absalom Gold Edition will be sanctioned for Society? Thanks

Just wanted to comment that I love the interactive maps being included with the PDF versions of the Adventure Paths. I remember having to pay an extra $15 for the interactive maps for some first edition Adventure Paths and I just love that they are now included. This definitely makes me want to make sure I get a PDF as well as a physical version for each AP. I have become a huge fan of 2e over the past months and can’t wait for more content! If only interactive maps could be included with the other Adventure’s PDFs. ;)

Is it okay for me to record AP's I ran several years ago from first edition for Society purposes? It would be Rise of the Runelords book 1, Hell's Vengeance Books 1-2, and Wrath of the Righteous, Books 1-2. At the time, I was not very aware of Society and did not know most AP's were sanctioned for use in Society. I would need to get my friends' organized play numbers still but I wanted to check and see if this was an okay thing to do or if this would not be permitted. Also, some of the players from these home games may need to create organized play numbers as they do not typically play in society, but I would like the credit for these AP's. Thank you for any guidance.

Is anybody else having the issue where your Pathfinder Society subscription transaction is staying pending? Normally my order completes early in the day but the newest scenarios are still not in my account.

The attack states "entangles the target for 1 round." There is no entangle condition. Does the target get a reflex save or does the target just suffer the consequences of a failure for the entangle spell or the tanglefoot cantrip? Thanks for any help.

I purchased part 2 of Fists of the Ruby Phoenix at my local game store a few days ago and when I got home and started to open the book a lot of the pages stuck together causing tearing. This appears to be a printing issue. I can send pictures and a copy of my receipt if needed. The person at the game store told me I needed to contact Paizo directly to get a replacement. Would anybody be able to help me with this? I've tried emailing customer service twice with no response.

Not sure if this is the right thread for this question or not but here it goes anyways.

Why are the prices on Paizo's website so different form the prices on Amazon.com?

For example, I can get the print edition of Starfinder Adventure Path: Incident at Absalom Station for $15.63 plus tax on Amazon.com. On paizo.com I can get the print edition for $22.99 or the pdf version for $15.99. The print version on Amazon is even cheaper than the pdf version on Paizo. Side note, prices for this item in games stores matches the price on Paizo.com. It makes it hard to support local game shops when the item is so much cheaper on Amazon.

Paizo also charges a shipping charge on top of this cost where on Amazon I can spend $25 and get free 3-5 day shipping. I have also checked and most of the products are sold and shipped directly by Amazon and not another seller.

This price difference is pretty similar across all products.

I am assuming that Paizo sells their products directly to Amazon. Does Paizo give a huge discount to Amazon or is Amazon just taking a loss on these sales? If Paizo is giving this disount to Amazon, why do they charge so much on their site? I feel like this is somehow disrespecting the people who want to directly support Paizo or local game shops?

I apologize in advance for posting this if this has been answered somewhere else. I am just having issues finding the answers to my questions.

First Question:
Last year at Gen Con 2014 I played my first two pathfinder society games. They were #5-12 and #6-01. They were both awesome. I did not have a character made so I used a pre-generated character. I am preparing for Gen Con 2015 and I would like to retrain this character. I am basically going to make it completely different. I am not sure what yet. Once you retrain the character do you get to start with 150gp or not?

Second question:
In regards to the two events I played. Only one is shown on my pathfinder society profile. For the life of me I cannot find how to add the other to my character. How do I do this? I am not sure why I did not do this when I originally played. I must have forgot to add the second one.
