Is it? Because I have the exact opposite "problem" My player´s casters are still using the cantrips most of the time, they almost never spend their spell slots besides defensive or situational/crowd control situations.

So, we have the "Create a diversion" action for the Deception Skill. I have a question about it.

Deception (Cha)
You can trick and mislead others using disguises, lies, and
other forms of subterfuge.
CREATE A DIVERSION
MENTAL
With a gesture, a trick, or some distracting words, you can
create a diversion that draws creatures’ attention elsewhere.
If you use a gesture or trick, this action gains the manipulate
trait. If you use distracting words, it gains the auditory and
linguistic traits.
Attempt a single Deception check and compare it to the Perception DCs of the creatures whose attention you’re trying
to divert. Whether or not you succeed, creatures you attempt
to divert gain a +4 circumstance bonus to their Perception DCs
against your attempts to Create a Diversion for 1 minute.
Success You become hidden to each creature whose
Perception DC is less than or equal to your result. (The
hidden condition allows you to Sneak away, as described
on page 252.) This lasts until the end of your turn or until
you do anything except Step or use the Hide or the Sneak
action of the Stealth skill (pages 251 and 252). If you Strike
a creature, the creature remains flat-footed against that
attack, and you then become observed. If you do anything
else, you become observed just before you act unless the
GM determines otherwise.
Failure You don’t divert the attention of any creatures whose
Perception DC exceeds your result, and those creatures are
aware you were trying to trick them.

So, in the skill description says you create a diversion to distract several creatures. So, to answer a doubt of one of my players. If you create a diversion, is it only you the one that is hidden? A diversion does not help your teammates too?
More precisely, I think it´s only your character but, Is it "you" singular or plural?

(Anyway I´m going for diversion to work for the entire party because it makes no sense that some distractions do not work for any creature that tries not to be noticed)

So, in the (great) Advanced player´s guide one new ancestry feat is available to Goblins. The Cling feat

CLING
FEAT 9
GOBLIN
Requirements Your last action was a successful Strike.
You hang onto a foe to harry them into submission. If your
target moves while you’re hanging onto it, you can choose
to move with the target. The target is released if you
choose not to move with it, at the start of your next turn,
or if the target Escapes. Attempts to Escape from a Cling
follow the rules for Escape, but use your Acrobatics DC and
end the Cling instead of the conditions normally ended by
the Escape action.
Special You can use this action without a free hand
if your preceding Strike was made with your jaws or a
similar unarmed attack you could use to hang on. The GM
determines which unarmed attacks apply. Hanging on in this
way prevents you from using that unarmed attack.

So... What exactly does this one do, exactly? You just move when your clinged target moves? Does this apply any condition? How do you harry them into submission?

Thanks in advance!
