My credit card on file was hacked and locked about the time my subscription was due to ship for Order 4759868 . I have updated my subscription account to the new card, but when I try to retry the billing it will only charge the old card. I emailed customer support and told them my issue, and received a canned email telling me to update my card, which I had already done (and informed them of such in the email).
So, can this be fixed, or should I just cancel my subscription?
