“Klea, you are right; I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to disturb or anger you; and I should have listened to your concerns better. I was genuinely confused by everyone’s hostility towards the prisoner, but that is my own lack of caution and fear. I wasn’t looking at her as a threat, and I should have. Please forgive me."

Princes asks to divide party loot. She offers to take the necklace and bracelets as part of her share

I would like to see if there is anyone who can cast the spell to repair Dojo's eyes. I'm Also going to replenish my mundain items.

"Oh chi'yld, it'll all work out. Maybe we could add a new act to our show. This is go'nna be Fabulous!" (Snaps fingers)

Safe travels my friend, stay beautiful. May we dance again.

"I feel like subterfuge is best used when we have more information about who we are dealing with. In a situation like this, where we are literally walking into situations without any recon or way of knowing who we are dealing with, the best course of action is blunt, straight forward, honesty. Yes we may give away info to a bad guy, but we may also alienate a potential allie. Let's not outsmart ourselves. I trust in our ability to read each situation right and to deal with anything that arises. Trickery is used against enemys you fear, subterfuge is for allies who's feelings you want to protect, misdirection is for friends and audiences you want to impress, I do not think highly enough of any of these people to use such methods. If you want to try I have no problem with it; in that case you do the talking"

Princes is irritated that the cultists turned to ash as now she will be unable to make good on her threat and turn their skills into litterboxes. To salvage something of the situation, she scrapes together a pile of their ashes and offers that up to Dojo to do his buisnes if he's interested. I then look around to see if anyone is approaching.

spot: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (19) + 0 = 19

If nothing is coming, when Harley comes back I ask him to step to the side for a private conversation

strenght: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

In character, as a free action, on my turn I say "don't kill it, nonlethal only." then I go flame on and make a grapple check.

grapple: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

You said I could hear Taters and the bear, which should give me bonuses to that spot.

perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15

With my power of sight combined with my celestial dark-vision I should be able to see the fights. I'm looking for taters and her running from the bear in particular but would also like to see if I can spot Harley's fight and the subsequent Uber-wolf form.

Out of character, you described my dark-vision as a kind of heat vision. Can I see heat signatures through walls?

I ask around to find out about ways of getting Dojo's eyes fixed/regenerated. I spend 100 gp if necessary.
Intelligence: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (11) + 0 = 11 +1 if I need to spend the gold.

I also buy a tent 2gp, and replenish my disguise kit 25gp.
I'll also get some stuff for Dojo. a blanket a couple bowls for food and water, maybe a brush.

so what is that each?

Princess, would like to find either a ring of protection (at least pluss 2) or a dancing shield. Basically some way of increasing AC that doesn't take up a hand or involve wearing armor

act casual: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23

"I make a mental note to try out this fascinating sexual position which I somehow have never heard of, it must be fantastically taboo"

I wan't to know as much information as I can before we start jumping to conclusions about what we want to do. So, we Know what we are up against back there. I ask again, and this time I address the group. Is there a way to find the Earth Guard? You cast a spell to make the sound of a bell, why a bell? can that spell make any sound you want? I also want everyone to put their head together to try to find out how much further we have to go down here, I worry that attacking the prisoners is meant to be a diversion. I want everyone to stop telling us your OPINION, and start sharing useful, actionable, intelligence. In fighting and bickering will get us nowhere, please friends, our tribe is only as strong as the bonds of it's members.

Knowledge: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (10) + 0 = 10

is there a scrying spell we can cast? divination? ask your gods? do you think your Py'anther can smell them out?

I'm not inclined to run around the entire monastery. is there some way for us to locate the black earth guard and or gargoyles?

Thank you for voiced your opinion Kleah. We will all take turns talking and then vote. I hate with a burning passion when the strong abuse the week. I am inclined to go back and deal harshly with anyone who would murder such helpless people. that being said I also do not think that the weak should be allowed to take advantage of the strong. The miners had a choice and made theirs. If I go back, Harley it will not be to save slaves but to kill monsters.

12+0=12 for knowledge to tell if I've ever heard of the underdark.
14+0=14 knowledge to tell what the "knight" was that attacked these guys.
21+3=24 charisma check to calm everyone down and take control of the conversation without it esccilating any more. If there is a leadership skill I'm trying to use my charisma/awe to take back control.

Thank you Finn; I appreciate your respect, but I think that is enough in-fighting. What do we know about a knight or paladin who wears stone armor and controls gargoyles?

Fantastic, I pick a mat and go to sleep. I'll carry midnight if she's still not up and walking and make sure Dojo is comfortable, first though.

Let's get moving. Any problems or concerns, bring them to me.

I want them to bring the food and supplies into the room i case we have to leave fast. We lock and barricade the door at all times.

I pic the room with cots and instruct part of the survivors to bring the pallets in there. The rest are to pack up and transport food and cooking supplys for travel. I set up three groups to rotate watch sleeping and eating. I want one of our group at least on watch at all times.

If we sleep in the kitchen i go and grab a bedroll off of one of the bunks to be more comfortable, and a blanket to make a bed for Dojo.

We already escaped out the window of the bunk room once before. I see no reason not to be comfortable when we sleep. Were ever we sleep I make a nice comfortable bed for my new friend, Dojo. How many prisoners are with us? will they all fit in the pantry/kitchen?

"Will do friend, but I think he knows. Something tells me there isn't much that escapes his notice, however I also think he'll appreciate the sentiment."

You saw my dreams. Or at least part of it was my dream, part of it was Raven and his realm. You all know about my connection to Bear. It’s how I connect to my power and makes me mighty in battle. I seem to have a new spirit totem. I still feel the She-bear with me and I never would have believed it in the past, but my connection with you all has changed me and Raven has seen that. That was his way of introducing himself and offering to lend his strength, but more than that I think this vision was a gift. I think he wanted to let you all see my dreams so that our bonds could grow stronger.

Princess lays down for some much needed, sleep. As you all go about the business of whatever it is you choose to do during this rest you are all suddenly aware of a strange sound. Silence. For the first time in your experience Princess isn’t growling and snoring and fighting in her sleep. This peace is somehow frightening, silence lays heavily on the air. Taters moves over to investigate her friend. She reaches out hesitantly to touch Princesses forehead and as soon as her hand comes in contact with the sleeping barbarian you are all suddenly transported.
The air smells of frost and clings to the skin like a cold clammy hand. Wet, stony hills stretch off into the distance. You can feel the presence of your companions but not see them, as if you are all together, seeing the world through one pair of eyes. A dark forest looms on the horizon, far away but somehow threatening, like a sharp blade pressed to the throat. Out of the forest steps a silent army, inexorably flowing across the land and over the hills like a devouring flood. Though the hoard is still leagues away you can make out each tooth and claw and bloodstained grin. On a hill before you stands Princess, resplendent and tall in a dark cloak which shimmers like the feathers of a raven. Next to her is a great she-bear. Silently watching they stand sentinel, holding their ground without fear. From the two companions you feel waves of love for all those they defend. There is no fear in their hearts, however you can feel a great, soaring, glorious, Rage building like a fire from deep within the heart of the earth. Heat radiates off the pair, beating back the freezing air with a fierce awareness and presence you somehow recognize. Princess tilts back her head and roars, not a challenge to her adversaries but a celebration, the sound is filled with the joy of battle and a passion for life.
When the advancing army arrives, they break against the pair like serf on solid stone. The sound of crunching bones and armor can be heard even over the screams of wounded and dying monsters. Princess and The She-bear move through the army with uncompromising force, working in perfect cooperation. The roars of the two almost identical they dance across the field with fierce, beautiful, pitiless, grace. Time stretches on, it seems like this continues for ages without end. Clouds boil and the sun and moon streak across the sky. Neither the number of the enemy nor the strength of the companions waning. This continues until the ancient hills seem young and each of you lose all memory of who you are or were. The army rising and falling like an infinite ocean, the heroes standing in the breach, holding back the tide.
With the sound of wings the world goes black. You somehow understand that you have been transported a great distance. You find yourself lying on soft earth. A gentle campfire burns comfortably before you. Your limbs feel long and sensuous, your muscles strong, your back pressed up against a great mountain of warm fur, gently rising and falling. The smell of bear and smoke and forest fill your lungs, rich and familiar. Languorously stretching you feel power coursing through your body and realize when you look down that you are experiencing the world as Princess does, feeling the strength that is her birthright. Sitting up the cozy little campsite is in a small clearing surrounded by deep imposing woods. While you can tell this is the same forest from before, somehow the menace is gone, leaving behind a sense of age and power. High up in one of the trees are two pinprick eyes, reflecting the fire back as if burning from within with their own intensity. A great black bird hops down and you can see its night black feathers shimmering in the fire light and you shiver to think of what those flame filled eyes could witness. The bird speaks “For lifetimes beyond measure I have watched from the edges of the world. I have seen the birth of nations, frolicked with young civilizations, gloried in their victories and mourned at their collapse. I take what is beautiful, what catches my eye, and you shine so very bright, Little Dancer. Join me and let me lend you some of my strength. SEE the world as I do.” Princess opens her arms with joy and Raven flies at her, through her, leaving a piece of itself behind.
Groggily you all wake up, separate now again and for a moment unfamiliar with your own selves. Impossibly you realize that no time has passed at all even though you feel as though it has been ages since you’ve seen the world through your own eyes.

My entire life has been death and pain, but I have learned to dance through the fire. Midnight is as much a member of this group, my clan, as any of you. As long as there is strength in my arms I will defend my clan. If you decide not to attack I will understand. I respect the wisdom of caution and truly value your council. But will not be called blood thirsty for wanting to save a friend. You wound me.

I don't consider myself "blood thirsty". I do revel in the challenge of combat but it is the glory of a dangerous thing done well, not killing, which I love; and, I never kill an innocent/noncombatant. Yes ill fight to the death to defend my friends, without hesitation, but that is an act of love. I'm a little hurt that you would call me "blood thirst" like I'm some sort of savage. Violence and conflict have been a part of my life since before I was born. They are Literally a part of who I am. Some day I will tell you of the dreams I have, night after night, about Gruch and The Shebear. If I've taken something that's a part of me and decided to use it to make the world a better, more beautiful place please don't badly about me.

I'm curious what everyone's opinion is, I won't do this unless everyone is on board, but I think it's the right call.

1) they have a mamber of our party. This means that boot needs to be applied to neck as soon as possible.

2) we are fresh. Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

3) by attacking tonight we may get the advantage of suprise.

4) I can't think of any advantage to be gained by stopping here.

Is there any reason we don't attack tonight? Maybe short rest at go find Midnight?

"With great honor and gratitude I accept this gift." With a tear in my eye I pick it up an admire the craftsmanship.

I like Brill's plan.

He is treating the slaves as property we should so the same with him. Let's put him in the bag of holding. 19+4=23 bluff check.

I ask the prisoner,"what are you doing with all the slaves?"
