Pravus has been wandering for a while now. Both his parents were nasty customers as well, and used him for their own ends until they forgot him at the age of 12. He had learned quite a lot form his parents, and worked as a street thief and beggar until he was caught by a man who thought to better utilize the young thief than his parents had; this was Gavorche Argot, a confidence artist, criminal mastermind, and vampire. And so it was that Pravus began his proper teaching under Argot.
That was 10 years ago.
Two years ago, Pravus cut ties from Argot after being part of a deal to gain money by burning down a theater; Pravus loved acting so much that he refused to burn down the theater, and went to go find his own path. He never forgot his love for acting, and spent the past year and a half acting with a traveling troupe.
However, when his troupe came through Coraillan, they were persecuted by inquisitors of Razgriz after putting on a few plays that didn't portray a worshiper of Razgriz in a 100% positive light. Pravus and his fellow actors found themselves on the run, and to save them, Pravus was able to make a deal with Gavorche to hide away his troupe, if he agreed to be his agent in Lord's Landing. The Vampire used his connections to the diplomatic service to help Pravus's troupe, and put his former pupil in contact with a man named Elrint Jobe.
Pravus has now found himself living the life of a crook and scoundrel again, and even though he longs for the theater, he remembers how much he loves cheating and scamming others to make a living. Meanwhile, he doesn't have much of a love for Khallan obsessed fools, but for now, he keeps his head low and keeps his comments to himself while pretending to be a trade merchant who specializes in food and drink, especially parsnips, bacon, and wine.
