Ah ok, thank you very much. I thought it meant monster manual, and checked the pathfinder Beastiary books, but nothing matched up. I didn't think to check the D&D books thinking that they wouldn't reference a different companies books, but I was wrong.

I just got into Pathfinder about a month ago. I DM'd our first session last week and it went good, but I don't feel like I'm 100% prepared yet.

We're doing the Rise of the Runelords, and for the most part I just need to dive into the material and learn everything I can about everything. Then I hope to have a good answer for when one of the players asks some crazy question that I never thought of.

The one thing I can't find is about the monster descriptions. Generally they look like this;

Vargouille
hp5; (MM 254)

I have looked everywhere, and a search of the forums or guides for "MM" is a pretty futile effort. So I hope that someone will be able to help me out with what the MM stands for.
