Deathward's description says:
Does this mean that spells like Waves of Exhaustion, whose effects are described as "Waves of negative energy cause all living creatures in the spell's area to become exhausted...."? Or is there a keyword in a description that should be present? Basically I'm wondering:

Hello, I need to purchase 2 PFS scenerios so I can download and print them today. Both of my cards, which have been working, were declined. There's no problem with the cards. Can you check and see if there's something wrong at Paizo's end? Thanks - Pat Smith
We're having a discussion in our group about this. If you have successfully grappled an opponent and you then move them, do they provoke attacks of opportunity as they leave threatened squares of your allies? The rules are specific about how bull rush doesn't do this, but it's not specific about "move" under grapple preventing them. Thoughts?
Sorry if this is covered but I'm a bit unclear on one possible scenario that's about to come up here for our GM's. It's clear that if you have a level 1 PC and you run a scenario at sub-tier 1-2 you get that credit. It's also clear that if you run one that you don't have a PC ready for then you hold the sheet. I get what happens if your PC is between the sub-tiers. What do you do if you have a level 4 PC and you run a scenario at level 1-2. Can you take the sheet for your level 4 PC at sub-tier 4-5? In other words, can you take the scenario credit for the PC at the level appropriate for the PC? thanks -
Hi, We just started playing pathfinder society in our area about a month ago. I purchased the new "Ultimate Magic" book and am running a Magus. Because of that I'm curious to know how soon it takes to find out what is or isn't legal for PFS play from this new book. I gather the Magus is completely legal, but are any other options legal upon release or do these have to appear on the "legal resources page" (which I have looked and see that the Ultimate Magic isn't referenced yet). For example, I'm interested in the blackblade feature. It looks really interesting but I'm not sure if it's legal as part of "Magus", or if only the pages released in the playtest document are legal. I'm not in a hurry, but I am curious what the typical process/schedule is. Thanks!
Hi All, We've started a new PFS group in my area and I'm one of the several GM's in the group. When I play in an adventure I'd like to be able to run it for another group in order to gain the rewards for a second PC or third PC I'd like to have developing. The problem is that once we run it I can't run it again in this area because everyone except the GM has played it already. Online GMing for others outside my locale seems a possible way to accomplish my goal while also providing some play opportunities for others. What are the best online virtual table tops you've seen with Pathfinder? I've used maptools in the past with 4th edition LFR gaming I used to do, but that's the extent of my experience. Any pointers and experiences with virtual table tops would be greatly appreciated! Pat
hello, I'm transitioning my dragon and dungeon subs over to PathFinder, and will have 15 issues coming. I don't see a button that gets me to "checkout". Here's what I did: 1. Checked "convert to Pathfinder" on the transition page.
How do I proceed to checkout? there's not a checkout button on the page. In an attempt to work it through I clicked on my cart and saw month-to-month pathfinder in the cart, but I don't want to sign up for that just yet, I just want to take my 15 issues and decide later if I want to sign up month-to-month. What should I do? Pat Smith |
