I doubt we'll be able to move the ooze alive Xelem. It's either attempt to destroy it here or call security to take care of the situation. Padme' hands Xelem her station com. If you're looking for further clarification on our orders, I suggest we contact Venture-Captain Arvin, and ask for his guidance.

Padme' listens intently to all the goings on..and finally interjects.. So I guess it's decided...we're going to dispose of this ooze in order to cover Theskell and Vrisken, in the event of an investigation. Somehow, I sure our superiors would approve of our discretion..knowledge being power and propriety knowledge being even greater power...However, I still can't help but think that we are grossly un-qualified to eradicate a creature we know next to nothing about.... Padme' pauses to let that last statement sink in with her allies.

If we are to make an attempt to destroy this ooze, my suggestion is one of us with some skill at the computers be ready to lift the containment field again should it look like this creature might escape the confines of the workshop. Padme' looks very sternly at the rest of her companions, The person in control of the containment field may find themselves in the position of having to lift the field while their fellow agents were still trapped in the workshop with the ooze. Padme's android eyes narrow and her pupils become slanted like a cats. In the event, that the ooze may escape the confinement of the workshop...I propose the person operating the containment field raise the field regardless of whether or not one or more of our fellow Starfinders find themselves trapped with the creature. It is after all...the only logical solution... Padme' looks like she'll broker no further argument on the matter.

Padme’ draws closer to her companions what’s our plan against the assembly ooze?. what roll is to check how much I know about assembly oozes?

Padme’ used to taking the lead in negotiations, can only stare in wonder at the talent of the experienced Starfinders that accompanied her on this mission. She holsters her pistol and just nods as her companions speak.

Archaius wait! Padme’ hastily shuffles her pistol to her main hand and the grenade to her off hand and she follows the Ryphorian into the apartment. would someone please move me behind Archaius?

Ok i’ll lend my static arc pistol to Burnham, that way there’s a chance to stun him instead of outright kill him. I’ll Throw the smoke grenade in and Dusty and Burnham should rush in shortly after firing .... then if needed a couple more should join them to help subdue the suspect...it’s not much of a plan but I don’t think this guy is going quietly. Padame’ says this to her teammates in a whisper as they all huddle near her discussing what to do next. So if your all for it let’s take up positions and go on the count of five ... if you’ve got a better plan... now is the time to hear it.

She would not get credit for The First Mandate, Fugitive on a Red Planet, Cries from the drift, or dreaming of the future..because other characters of mine have played these non-evergreens...

My preference would be to play the *Star sugar Heartlove focused scenario as I have a boon from the commencement for that one...otherwise I'm open to anything.

Seeing Ivan's obvious superior gifts with computers Padme' moves aside and lets the Dwarf work on the machine (assuming I didn't set something off messing around with it)

When her companions finally exit the halflings apartment Padme’ rushes over to join them. After being updated on all that transpired, Padme’ once again joins her companions. Well let’s go pay a visit to this Shenge shall we?

Padme' taps her fingers idly on the cafe' table. She signals to the waiter and points to her cup, another one of these please. Padme' watches the waiter depart and turns her attention back to the apartment across the way. She spots Burnham's meaty hand part the curtain again assuring her that her comrades were still in the tiny abode. What could be taking them so long?

Padme' watches the house her fellow agents entered several hours ago from a cafe' across the street. She resist the temptation to get a closer look not wanting to give away herself to anyone else observing her team. She keeps a sharp look-out for anyone paying too close attention to the abode. perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

She is assured all her fellow agents are safe for now as she observes Burnham's hand part the curtains of the front window several times..obviously standing sentinel while the others were presumably occupied with the child's mother. Padme' is feeling a bit restless as the it has been several hours...she's revealed when she see's her comrades exit the home. She takes one more look around before going up to greet them and asked to be briefed on what transpired inside the home.

Padme' waits till she's sure the child is alone..finally revealing herself as the rest of the group is ready to depart. When the group does leave Padme' follows at a discrete distance...trying to remain unobtrusive .

Padme' keeps still and un-moving, her knuckles white around the hilt of her weapon. Don't move yet...terrorist organizations have been known to use children perhaps the criminals involved in this enterprise have a similar bent! No harm in letting this play out...I'll remain here and see what happens, if there's an enemy outside...best not to let them know our numbers yet.

Someone is outside! Quick hide! Padme’ looks for the most convenient place to hide near her. stealth: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 she then attempts to hide pistol still drawn.

Padme' ponders for a moment before responding, If they packed up and left...why not take all the equipment? Ivan, I don't think they took "the most valuable stuff", if they had packed up and left they would have taken it all or if they were in a hurry probably left it all. No, I think you may be on to something, either they never had the necessary equipment to begin with or it was taken by looters after they left. Padme looks around the shop for signs of looters perception/survival?: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 (note result is one lower if it's a survival check needed)

Padme searches the floor for foot prints and the cupboards and walls for tell-tell hand prints left by an un-attentive thief. Give me a hand everyone will ya? The sooner we eliminate or confirm looters..the sooner we can form a hypothesis as to why necessary medical equipment wasn't here. My thought is; if it turns out no one took the expensive medical equipment, then this operating room was a 'stage of sorts' a front for some other activity or part of some elaborate confidence scheme. Padme' looks at the incredulous looks of her companions. It's only a working theory.... she trails off meekly.

Padme' begins to open the door for Dusty, after you my small but deadly friend! and the doors don't open. she rattles them fiercely looking around then hears Archaius Maelstrom clear his voice and point to the “CLOSED INDEFINITELY” sign..Padme lets go of the door and lowers her eyes..Oh silly me..... Instead Padme' steps a few steps back and slowly draws her azmuth laser pistol keeping it low by her side. When/if Archaius manages to go through the door, she's the third person to follow.

Padme' nods exchanges pleasant good-byes with the ladies and settles the bill. She smiles smugly as she heads down the street in search of her new lead. She is only mildly surprised to see a few of her companions gathered outside Renew-You when she arrives. Well it seems you've found the same information I have. ...that's good! Either I'm working with professionals or we are all being led into a trap...either way I suggest we do it together from this point forward. Celia opens the door to the establishment looking at Dusty, after you my small but deadly friend! She says with genuine mirth and a sly smile. Once Dusty enters Padme' follows.

Padme' s empathy center activates as she hears this as investigative mode of her beta sub-routine increases. Oh I'm so sorry to hear this ladies! A friend of yours? Her efforts to remain circumspect ..meet with failure as they elderly ladies immediately notice her and wave her forward. Darn't forgot their race has psychic powers..need to keep my distance from the mind-reading races when possible...*Shoot!, they're probably scanning my thoughts now! Padme' does her best to clear her thoughts and decides within a moments time, the effort is useless.

Well ladies if you can read my mind...sorry, didn't mean any offense. Just scouting the area..on a Padme' does her best to create *noise* in her mind so if her mind is being read it would be hard to pick up what her mission was.

Padme' goes through the stalls acting like a prospective customer. She ask discrete questions regarding 'black market augmentations' and if anything unusual has happened in the *free market* lately.

Padme' arrives in the waiting room full of people. A Lashunta , a Dwarf, a Ryphorian, a human and a what Padme' believes to be a halfling. Hmm it's a shame the Lashunta didn't chose the female gender of her race.......My presence, may prove a bit of a distraction to what otherwise seems to be a male dominated group. Padme' nods and greets the others in the room as she enters. Greetings fellow Starfinders. I am Padme'. I've been summoned here by Venture-Captain Arvin. Has anyone indicated when the briefing will start? Padme' raises an eyebrow in question. She is dressed in a beautiful long purple gown with sequins sewn in near the bust. There's a long slash in the dress traveling almost to Padme's hip...revealing quite a bit of the android's shapely legs.

She looks around for a seat and chooses one next to the silent Dwarf. Crossing her legs casually she ask, Has anyone heard what this mission might entail?

Padme' broods a little upon her return. She is happy that the mission was successful but unhappy with her performance over-all. She turns in her report and begins to train for her next assignment.

GM will we be getting 2 or 3 reputation as members of the Dataphiles faction?

Padme a little irked that her whole quirky seduction scheme failed and not knowing what else to try just says to Envar, Just let us in because your fussy mother may not like it Envar! Tired of playing the slutty pixie game that, was getting her nowhere. Padme' instead takes on another persona. Looking at Enavr coolly she says, We'll take it all! and she proceeds to shove the armorcrafter's engineering specialty tool kit, the fire extinguisher, the 2 high-capacity batteries, and the 2 basic medkits; in to her pack. While in the storeroom, she takes a look around.

@DM Kludde unless these creatures are immune to critical hits ..I actually did 5hp dmg. to the one fire creature and the crit arc did another 2 dmg. to the other critter. But, I don't know if the damage got reduced some reason. thx
