I am playing MELISIEL.She have Disable:DEX(d12)+2.The Poison Trap need check to defeat DEX,Disable.She choise Disable check,d12+2,and play Thieves Tool.
It add 1 die to Disable check.

I'm not scared of Enchanters; they deal 2 damage max and while they scale in difficulty, they're probably easy for their difficulty, so they're very managable. I'm scared of Sirens and Siren Callers, those are very hard to mitigate if your Wisdom isn't up to par.

Anyways, any monsters that only deal damage if they're not defeated will say so with the text "If undefeated, ..." eg Siren says if you can't defeat it, you have to look at the top 3 cards of your deck and discard any allies.

Are you playing a translated Japanese edition (if such a thing exists) or are you playing the English edition?
