About Ozil

History:
Asmodeus, in a complex, long-term plot to strengthen his position on the Prime Material worlds, devised a plan to put his seed into a mortal woman in such a way that, upon birth, his son would not show his Devilish heritage but would be truly a humanoid mortal. Eventually, this son, born and raised on the Prime Material -- could act as Asmodeus's Aspect or Avatar on the Prime much better and truer than an actual Aspect or Avatar.

Ozil was born of a Suel woman dedicated to The Horned Society in a remote part of Suundi, in the World of Greyhawk, where he was tranied in secret by Monks of The Scarlet Brotherhood and Horned Society loyalists.

Every few decades, though, Ozil would be taken to another world in The Prime Material Plane and continue his training as a Wizard / Monk, studying also the nature of the Cosmology of the Planes and the ontology of existence.

Now, after spending the last several years in Cheliax, on the World of Golarion, Ozil has come to the frightening realization that he wants something different from his existence than the plan of his Arch Devil Father: He wants to reshape the Cosmology of the Planes and the ontology of existence. Why do the Prime Material Planes need the Outer Planes at all, he asks.

So, after researching quietly, inconspicuously, Ozil has come up with a few theories for how he may go about overthrowing the Outer Planes and the Powers who rule them, and usher in a new age of Power for The Prime Material. More importantly, he has learned of a few other powerful mortals who agree with his philosophies and would help him in his plans.

So he discreetly contacted them to meet with him in a Private Meeting in Cheliax, to discuss possible plans -- and execute said plans (along with the Outer Planes).
