Osgoodwinegar (Os for short) would start an encounter by using Inspire Courage. He would support at a distance with spells, if possible. Each round he would continue using Inspire Courage. If forced into melee, he would use a spear over using a dagger. If spells are not effective, he would launch an attack at ranged, again preferring spear over dagger.

Vigilant Seal Champion (Faction) (0 Fame) This faction boon represents your developing initial contacts with the Vigilant Seal faction, allowing you to gain Reputation with the faction. While you have this boon slotted, you gain Reputation with the faction after a successfully completed adventure, as detailed in its Primary and Secondary Objectives.
You gain one cantrip from the arcane tradition. You can cast this spell as an innate spell at will, as a spell of the arcane tradition. A cantrip is heightened to a spell level equal to half your level rounded up. Whenever you gain a primal innate spell from a gnome ancestry feat, change its tradition from primal to arcane.
Muse (Polymath):
Your muse is a jack of all trades, flitting between skills and pursuits. If it’s is a creature, it might be an eclectic creature like a fey; if a deity, it might be Desna or Calistria. As a bard with a polymath muse, you are interested in a wide array of topics but rarely dedicated to any one, and you rarely make up your mind—you want to try everything. You gain the Versatile Performance feat and add unseen servant to your spell repertoire.
Versatile Performance:
You can use Performance instead of Diplomacy to Make an Impression and instead of Intimidation to Demoralize. You can also use an acting Performance instead of Deception to Impersonate. You can use your proficiency rank in Performance to meet the requirements of skill feats that require a particular rank in Deception, Diplomacy, or Intimidation.
Dubious Knowledge:
When you fail a Recall Knowledge check using any skill, you learn a bit of true knowledge and a bit of erroneous knowledge, but you don’t have any way to differentiate which is which.
