Hello Paizo Customer Service!
I have a question about my order from July 8. I've tried by email but no one seems to be responding.
Last week I received a partial shipment of this order that included the following PF2 products (other than the Planar book which I didn't want but will keep):
S Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Planar Adventures Hardcover
S Pathfinder GM Screen
S Pathfinder Character Sheet Pack
S Pathfinder Combat Pad
S Pathfinder Condition Card Deck
S Pathfinder Adventure: The Fall of Plaguestone
S Pathfinder Flip-Mat: The Fall of Plaguestone
S Pathfinder Adventure Path #145: Hellknight Hill (Age of Ashes 1 of 6)
Then yesterday I received the following:
Pathfinder Hero Point Tokens (Pack of 6)
The status of the order is now listed as completed however I have not received the following:
Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription
I have friends who have received their Core Rulebook already but they aren't part of the subscription model and purchased them individually.
Have I not received these books yet because I am on a subscription or is there a shipping error?
I realize the release date is not until Aug. 1st it looks like but just wondering how this works as I'm new to the subscription model.
