Dear Sir,

Following the Order #36455253 supposed to replace 9 missing cards from Order #36439681, one card "Death Hound" was missing in the replacement pack.
I already sent two emails on July 19th (with a picture of the delivery content, in good faith) and another one on September 7th.

To this day, I haven't received any reply from Paizo customer service ( although another order have been processed quickly and successfully in the meantime..).

Would it be possible to provide any feedback on this topic ?
