Definitely cool man! I just started up a RotRL campaign myself, and would love to work something like this into my game. I look forward to checking out your creation process.
On a side note: I'm curious as to what you use to fill the molds, as I'm pondering the idea of picking up a few Hirst Arts molds myself.(Never heard of them before your post!)
