Frost Fifer

A Frost Fifer leads travelers through the icy passes of the north, adding the cold to his tales and tunes. He seeks inspiration in the storm, and uses his performances to treat winter itself as a weapon.

Bardic Performance: A Frost Fifer gains the following bardic performances.

Frost Fife (Su): At 1st level, a frost fifer learns to protect himself and others from the pains of winter, and discovers how to control the ice while enduring its cold. Each round of the performance, he rolls a Perform (wind or oratory) check. Any ally within 30 feet of the bard that is affected by a cold effect or cold weather can use the bard’s Perform check result in place of its saving throw against that hazard. Any ally within 30 feet of the bard who is suffering from frostbite or hypothermia can ignore the fatigue from cold exposure so long as the bard maintains this performance. Frost fife relies on audible or visual components. This ability replaces countersong.

Song of the Frosty Glare (Su): At 3rd level, a frost fifer can allow allies to see through storms without any distortion. Any ally within 30 feet of the bard who can hear the performance can see through ice storm, sleet storm, or similar natural snowstorms without penalty as long as the light is sufficient to allow him to see normally, as with the vision-enhancing effect of the Snowcaster Arctic Druid ability (APG). Song of the frosty glare relies on audible components. This ability replaces inspire competence.

Warming Words (Su): At 6th level, a frost fifer’s performance can ward others against winter’s chill. Any ally within 30 feet of the bard who can hear or see the bardic performance gains resist cold 20 as long as the performance is maintained. At 11th level, this resistance increases to 30. Warming words relies on audible or visual components. This ability replaces suggestion.

Freeze the Foes (Su): At 8th level, a frost fifer adds frostbite, frost fall, and sleet storm to his list of bard spells known (as 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level spells, respectively). This ability replaces dirge of doom.

This is my first archetype. Yes, this is a blatant knockoff of the ACG's fire dancer. What should be modified?

I purchased a certificate at 11 last night. The transaction shows up in my order history, but not on my gift certificates page. I have also not received my confirmation email. The credit card company shows that the transaction is pending. Would you please add the $50 that I paid for to my store credit?

I am interested in playing a Lore Oracle/Barbarian of Nethys, and consider the disruptive chain of rage powers to be thematically appropriate. Superstition is a prerequisite to this rage power chain. Without superstition, I can cast spells during rage (See the Urban Barbarian archetype description). With superstition, I obviously have to save against my allies' spells, but must I save against my own spells?
