I have a question regarding the Exemplar's Only the Worthy feat at level 4. It reads:

"You can designate your ikons as movable by only your own hand, leaving them fixed in place as surely as if they were lodged in stone. Whenever you Release an ikon, you can spend an action to command it to remain motionless. While motionless, the ikon can be moved only if 8,000 pounds of pressure are applied to it or if a creature uses Athletics to Force Open the ikon with a DC equal to your class DC. You can Release your ikon over an adjacent prone enemy to hold them down with the ikon’s motionlessness—while so Released, you can’t use the ikon, but the enemy must succeed at the Athletics check to Stand or to move. The ikon automatically flies back to your hand when the effect is broken or if you spend an Interact action to hold out a hand and draw it back."

My question is on the second part of placing your ikon on someone to force an athletics check. Does this mean they need an Athletics check to stand or move, or does it mean they need to make the Athletics check to force open and move the Ikon and then stand or move.

In the first example it would be an Atheltics check in order to stand or move. If it is this example is that atheltics check still a force open check adding to MAP of the enemy.

The second would be two actions, one to force open and then another to stand or move.

This seems kind of strange to me. I was looking through the rules with a couple of my players and building out characters of all levels. In terms of a dragon based character there's two options. The Dragon Totem Barbarian and the Draconic Bloodline. Looking at just the breathe weapon between these two, it seems kind of crazy. They both auto scale however the Sorcerer's scales with spell level whereas the Barbarian's scale with Barbarian level. So the Barbarian's does twice as much damage. The Barbian's is limited to once per hour, but not limited in daily use. So although the Sorcerer could technically do multiple in a combat, they are limited by there spell points, which isn't a large number. Without talking stats higher than 18, the Sorcerer will get 4 uses of it per day if that is the only bloodline power they did that day. Am I missing something here or is the Barbarian's Dragon Breathe pretty much all around better?

My group is just starting the playtest. We are using the iconics and we had a question on Fumbus. His sheet says he used all but 2 resonance points creating alchemical items in daily prep. He has 5 resonance points but has 4 resonance points worth of alchemical items. Are 2 of these made as normal? Or are we missing something.

I am making an Aerokineticist in the Skull and Shackles Campaign. I have a couple of questions that I'm sure will come up.

What penalties will the air blast receive while underwater? The -2 penalty and half damage, the concentration check for a spell, or both.

Same question for the electrical blast.
