For instance, if a cleric of Nethys with a staff moves it to 2 handed, does it change to D8, does it change to D8 and then get upgraded to D10?

Reading through the class, it seems to imply that you can't get to the higher levels of your curse until later levels: "At higher levels, you can cast more revelation spells, progressing your curse to its major stage and then an extreme stage; these stronger curses are cumulative with the effects of the lower stages and can alter them."

If I'm reading the abilities right, though, you could do it at level 1. Does the following work? I cast my focus spell and hit the minor curse level. Then I refocus and go back to two focus points. After doing that, I can cast two focus spells with the two points available and move to moderate and then major levels of my curse?

I ask if that's possible, because the major curses seem pretty powerful for level 1. Especially the idea of walking around with a 4d6 fire aura that causes 2d6 persistant fire damage from the focus spell while being concealed from everyone.

I'm playing a kineticist. If I get polymorphed into a bird, can I still use my blast with my feet? I don't have hands, so I know the (or a prehensile appendage if you don't have hands) clause applies.

The problem is, I don't know if there's a PFS definition of what is prehensile. The dictionary seems to indicate "capable of grasping", so bird feet would count. I just don't know if that's good enough for PFS... Thoughts?

I've got some questions about Etheric shards I haven't been able to find official answers fro:

Does the character walking through the area trigger the effect for each 5ft square they move through, or once for a move action?

If it's for each 5 ft square, can a character greater than 5 ft tall trigger it twice in a 5 ft square if there are 2 5 ft cubes on top of each other in the same square?

Can I use Weapon Versatility with a Kinetic Whip or Blade. I know the whip may be a stretch, but the blade literally makes a light one-handed weapon.

If that works, can I use Slashing grace with it?

When I use a scroll with a level 1 spell for parchment swarm does it still do damage?

Soooo, I'm playing a Kineticist(aether) in the Jade Regent campaign and got the expected result after being goaded in to rolling wealth by my fiance'.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to by with the whopping 6 gold that isn't being taken up by my turtle and wooden holy symbol (long story).

Currently the only thing I'm thinking about is Rounder's gear, since it'll give me some projectiles for my blast, two bats for Kinetic blade, and a couple of bags.
