Nei-lung prefers not to fight and will always try to assist with Diplomacy when the situation calls for it. He will also attempt any appropriate skill checks he has a chance of getting over 10. If it appears combat will be likely soon (say, within an hour), he will expend a charge from his Wand of Mage Armor to give himself a +4 to AC.
Combat
If combat breaks out, he will:
1. Cast Shield on himself (standard)
2. Enter Dragon Style (swift)
3. Move to within 10 feet of a single opponent if possible (he gets +1 Dodge AC if adjacent to only one foe), then 5-foot step and attack on next round. He will attempt Flurry of Blows with Power Attack if able. Unless he knows or hears relevant information, he will use unarmed strikes (usually non-lethal), otherwise he will use his Monk's Spade for piercing or slashing damage. He will avoid casting Long-arm on himself unless the opponent has reach.

Nei-lung (pronounced Nay-lhung) hails from the Xa Hoi province in Tian Xia. A follower of the Dragon King Pham Duc Quan, Nei-lung has dragon's blood in his veins. Realizing this from an early age, he studied the ways of the Scaled Fist. During a visit from Lady Gloriana Morilla, he decided then and there to follow in the philosophy of his king. He travelled to far-away Absalom and joined the Sovereign Court faction of the Pathfinder Society. After a few adventures (including one where he lost his life), he realized he had greater potential. He is now on a personal quest to become a Dragon Disciple.
His desire is to bring honor to his king and the Society, and help unite the nations across Golarion.
