Got a silly question: What happens to a druid's hitpoints when he or she transforms into another form? Do they retain their own HP, or assume the HD of creature? Do they get to roll new HP or assume the average HP? Basically this is in reference to one of my players whom likes to transform into a small bird when things get's hairy. Does he suddenly become a super resilient and tough bird, or does he retain the weak fragility of the avian form?
So, as a new AP is looming so temptingly on the horizon, what would the chances be of any aspiring Dungeon and Dragon writer/contributers adding something of their own to the mix? I presume a story is set out already. Adventures surely will have been divided up amongst a pool of l33t and experienced writers etc. So where does it leave us noobs?
Hi there, I did a few class act queries last year and got some positive responses. After sending them back in I got a response from Mike McArtor whom encouraged me to further develop some ideas. However he gave me a few instructions that I was a bit uncertain of. So instead of sending an email that would undoubtedly become clogged up in his daily inbox, I'll post here and hopefully either attract his attention or gain the insights of you fine people. On with the show: Idea 1 development:

Okay so I guess my question would be what is an alternative class exactly? And upon defining this how could I "change the abilities into alternate class abilities and not an alternate class?" I hope this makes sense as I haven't posted the idea's themselves. Thanks
Well, I sent off aload of different article queries the other day and lo-and-behold I got a response last night! Twist my nipple nuts and call me Frank. Considering the usual turn around for queries I've experienced with Dragon (and Dungeon) I'm purely shocked and hope that some of the others are dealt with such speed as well. There is hope after all! |
