Natalie is one of the surviving members of the Corvellan family of Westcrown, who were nearly wiped out by a rival noble house. She lived on the streets for years before managing to put together enough money to flee to Absalom.

The result of her Chelish mother's indiscretion while on a trip to Varisia, Natalie has her father's brilliant green eyes and her mother's auburn hair. She carries on the family worship of Sivanah, who kept her safe and hidden growing up. She wears a belt of seven knotted scarves and seven rings, switching which finger carries her bonded ring as she fidgets with them.

While life as a thief taught her the value of subtlety and moving in the shadows, Natalie lacks patience for schemes. She prefers to think on her feet, adapting to the situation at hand rather than creating some complex plan. She's always friendly and cheery, regardless of her actual mood, though she falls back into Wescrani slang when she's nervous. She realizes her magic through numerology and sequences, and the constant examination of these patterns has left her with odd patter and mannerisms, with frequent repetition.

Natalie is fascinated with ancient cultures and the achievements of humanity during the Age of Destiny. She believes in reclaiming the lost history of the world and is obsessed with collecting secrets. She only really shares them with faction members, doling out need to know to other Pathfinders, and hanging onto a few precious ones just for herself.
