Narses will probably take up residence there with or withput the deed but he'll accept it with a promise to keep the fire stoked for Dragox's return in Adelle's memorie.

Narses fold his arms and stares into the fire with a stony mask on his face as the good-byes are said. Staring into the fire he refuses to meet anyones eye and a tear can be seen streaking down one check wich he quickly wipes away, grumbling somthing about sparks and ash in the air.

Narses has just over 3000 gp in cash and he'll use his share of the loot to pay Shalani's way back to this plane of existance. He did, after all, kill here. It's the least he can do to ease his own concience.

Sitting around the campfire with the group Narses clears his throat for attention, he's been quiet for some time so the group know somthings up. "So er.. Fe.. eh.. Maysalkirii's decis'un got me thinkin'. I'm eh.. I'm heading off as well. Seems ta me thet anytime one of us fell is becouse I've lost me temper an' am off bashing somthin' or someone... I eh.. I've decided. I'm goin' back ta Wraath Keep. I'm gona find tha forest giants an' see if I can aid 'em in their eff'rts behind the lines. Now don't ya think ta change me mind. I'm set. It's been good, but I rekon I'm as much danger to ma friends as me enemies." he finishes with a guilty glance at Shalani. "So beein' free ta do me thing, like Feek, is tha right thing ta do fer me. I'll miss ya guys but I'm set on it."

Ok, it's decided. Narses is heading off by himself as well. Back to the forests by Wraath Keep to join up wiht the forest giants in their efforts against the red hand. I'll have it up IC shortly and then set to making Juce Korgan, male human fighter/rogue(scout) with an AC above 17 ;)

Still here lol. Been reading and watching. Frankly AK's character switch trigered a want from me to create one too (fighter/rogue). But no worries.

I still have rogue covered with my new character with a fair bit of fighter in there too. That said, he won't be meleeing... Or if he IS meleeing, hes in serious trouble...

I'm thinking a prime melee fighter. But with skills and a vocabulary ;)

Tanner:
Yes. Yes I would. Narses was fun but I'd like to try somthing else.

I'm thinking a human fighter/rogue(scout).. Maybee a lion of brindol sent with a message or to seek news of the elves? A known elf friend for a smooter transtition? Half-elf would work for me as well..

Still here lol. Been reading and watching. Frankly AK's character switch trigered a want from me to create one too (fighter/rogue). But no worries.

Narses needs AC, true, the one fault of beeing a two-weapon fighting rager, so any AC items are more than welcome.

HP:
1d6 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
1d6 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Will have him leveled within the houre.

"Aye, an' we persuaded the lizardfolk ta up an' move as well. They didn' like it, but theyr goin'" Narses says to Starsinger.

"I'll miss ya friend." Narses says to Feek when time allows. "Never thought to call a goblin friend Maysalkirii, but ya've ern'd it. It's been good fight'n with ya but I'll respect ya'r decision. I know ya'll make good yer promise ta keep sticking 'em where it hurts."

So which one was the phycalectry again?

Hey uuh.. Feek. Care to see to that chest under the table?" Narses asks cautiously knowing Maysalkirii had an affinity for locks and traps. "Might actually be somthing to make our efforts here worth somthing." he adds, glancing at Shalani.

"Do you elves have the power to resurect? Do you think your elders would spend the power for her?" he asks Tahllana regarding Shalani.

"The wounds are by my hand." Narses admits, hanging his head. "The goblins magic got into my head. I could'nt think straight. Everything was somthing else, I even did this to meself." he says pointing at the wound on his forehead as it knits and stops bleeding from Dragox's chaneling.

"Your right. We need to be somwhere else. Where d'ya rekon we'd be safe?" Narses picks up Shalani's corpse, ready to be somwhere else.

Seeing Dragox come flying toward him Narses waves at him to let him know where he is. "Dragox! O'er 'ere!"

1d100 ⇒ 66 Damage self
1d8 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 7 - 1 = 7
1d100 ⇒ 95
Jump around, looking for an enemie to attack but sees none.

Coming out of a haze Narses looks around the area he's in, not fully grasping how he got there or whos blood is covering the front of his shirt. Shaking his head to clear it sends blood flying and a splitting headache throuh his skill, moaning he makes his way out of the tower.

Coming upon Shalani's body Narses stops and stares at it, images of the people lost in this campaign flashing through his head.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" Narses looks for his companions.

1d100 ⇒ 57 Damage self

1d8 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (8) + 7 - 1 = 14

Smacking himself again over the head Narses scores a heavy hit against himself.

The stairs inside the tower, do they lead up or down? If down, is there another visable way to the roof besides the hole. If not, can the hole be climbed?

1d100 ⇒ 58 Hurt self 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12

His vision clouding over Narses brings the flat of his blade snapping to his forehead, leaving himself stunned and his ears ringing.

Deal 11 dmg to self on account of DR 1/-

1d100 ⇒ 5 Act Normally!

Reality shifts before Narses's eyes as the flame stomps out before him only to the shape of Shalani twitching from electricity coursing through her body, bleeding out by his feet from wounds he inflicted. Confusion crests his brow as he looks up snarling. "Treachery! I'll have you heads you bastards!" Looking around he searches for somthing to went his anger on, seeing the hovering dragon a cold focus comes over him. Sheathing his weapons he pulls out his crossbow with a cold calm as he moves up the ladder, taking cover in the battlements.

Narses moves up the tower to get a better angle at shooting the dragon, I'm unsure about reading the map so I'll trust you to place him Tanner, but I'm aiming to put cover between them.

Oh, hells. Here goes...

Snarling at the fire licking at his hide Narses snarls as he lashes out at it, batting it to the ground.

1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (9) + (5) + 12 = 26
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (4) + (4) + 12 = 20
1d20 + 13 ⇒ (14) + 13 = 27, 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18

That's a total of 64 bringing you to -21/43 with 10 con. Your dead. Again. Sorry.

Seriously Shalani? You realize Narses will drop you in 1 round right? Also, you go before Narses in the initiative order so he'll have to attack you now...

1d100 ⇒ 38

Narses keeps blathering and spitting at nothing and everything.

DM:
I can't make that on a nat 20... Will; 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 :P
1d100 ⇒ 45 Babble incoherently. Yay!

Narses's eyes glaze over and his grip loosesns on his weapons, snarling at the ogre he spits and drools out sounds that sound like they could be words in a language you've never heard.

"Stand still dammit!"

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (3) + (1) + 12 = 16
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (4) + (1) + 12 = 17
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23, 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17

Umm... you rolled a d20 on the damege vs. Narses...

Narses keeps up his barage of blows.

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (9) + (5) + 12 = 26
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (9) + (6) + 12 = 27
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21, 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17

I'm going on a trip this weekend, I'll be home by sunday afternoon GMT. Feel free to dmpc Narses.

"Oi! Ow, you frakker!" Narses shouts at the ogre, going red in the face with anger he steps forward up the ladder and unleashes a flurry of attacks on it.

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (7) + (5) + 12 = 24
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13, 1d10 + 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (10) + (6) + 12 = 28
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23, 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14

huh.. why did I assume the ogres whent behind the building? meh.

Realizing he's heading in the wrong direction Narses curses and heads back around the building and up the stairs.

Double move to K 33

Determination shining in his eyes Narses follows the platform around the corner, heading after the ogres. Move to K 27

Narses follows after the ogres.

Looking at his crossbow like it somehow betrayed him Narses slings it and starts forward, pulling his weapons in the prosess.

double move toward the ogres, slinging bow in first move and pulling bastard swoard and handaxe in second.

100ft is good

Getting into range Narses waits till Dragox fires of his silenced arrow before fireing at the ogres no. 1

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10, 1d10 ⇒ 7 Ouch! I'll let the DM narate.

"If a silence spell is cast on 'em first, then we open up with arrows and fire, maybee we could take 'em out in one go. If we all held our actions till the silence hits 'em we might still keep the surprise goin'."

"Yeah, a change in tactic is in order. They knew exactly what we'd do last time we faced the red hand." Narses says, taking out his crossbow he loads it with an arrow.

"Anybody got water breathing?"

"Hang on. If that goblin was lyin' to us then would he tell us where ta find his boss? That makes no sence. I think we should check the tower guys."

Climb; 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13

Narses follows the group out the window, clinging to the walls he makes his way down.

We're still flying aren't we?

Holding the goblin up by the scruff of his neck Narses eyes him with distain. "Maybe' we shou'd light tha torch. We mi'ht ge' tha wyrmlord over for a trap o' our own."

Narses sprints forward and grapples the creature, trying to pin it. "Com' 'ere!

1d20 + 12 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 12 + 4 = 17

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14
"I don't see anything." Narses mutters as he steps into the belfry.

Flying to the window Narses peeks inside.

stealth 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19

"Leave 'em. They won't be retreating if I know 'em right. Besides, if Koth's there, he won't need 'em to run but we might."

Scanning the ruins Narses looks for any sign of movement. 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (12) + 13 = 25

"I think we should land in the tower, top story. Make our way down an' make sure nuthin's behind us."

Perception 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (14) + 13 = 27 Was Narses aware of anything lurking in the nigth?

Narses just spits out the side of his mouth as he sees the dead lizardman. "Good riddance."

"Let's get this show on the road then." Narses says gruffly as he finishes checking his gear. "Are we flyin'? Any chance of an invisiblity spell to go along with that?"

Narses is good to go and he has just over 3000 gold in cash.

Thx, Narses will guard the camp then in Feek's absence.

I'd rather have Shalani at full power ooc but Narses is good to keep on going if he can get healing for 32 hp.

"Don't be snide Lizardman. Remember what mercy granted you a truce!" Narses snarls at the lizardman leader, feeling the fury rise at his demenor.

Sence Motive 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26

Rcognizing the leader Narses feels a hot, burning sensation start down by the base of his spine, working it's way up to his head Narses has a flash of memories of the halfling paladin. Reaching for his blade he suddenly halts as he hears Feek draw his. Listening to the wxchange of hissed word and feeling the tension in the air Narses sighs.

Stepping to the goblin he lays a hand on the small inquisitors shoulder. "Maysalkirii." he says calmly, using the goblins honorific name. "Think what she'd want. What would Adelle do? We have a chance of peace here. Tender as it is, but we still have a chance."

Narses follows along with the groups decisions, not wanting to get cought up in feud of any sorts more than he is already. "We'll need ta set up camp a ways back and rest up fer Dragox to meditate if ya wana do that right? I'm all for ya gettin yer full strength back but we actually have 'em at a disadvantage now. They seen tha rukus for sure but they don' kno' we're comin', we still got tha element o' surprise I rekon, if we wana use it that is."

"Suppose it'll always be like this. Everyone's got an blood feud with everyone huh?" Narses mutters to Feek. Checking his gear he looks to the group.. "We goin then? Or ya wana oversee they'r extraction?" he asks directing the last at Tahllana with a raised eyebrow.

"Well, well.. color me brown and call me stumped.. didn't see that one comin'" Narses mutters, amazement in his eyes as he scratches his neck.

Tanner & Dragox:
"Maybee we shou'd ask one o' the oth'rs?" Narses says dubiously, not liking beeing adressed in a language he can't understand.

Narses disapears into the tent.

Tanner & Dragox:
Eyeing the scene before him Narses tightens his grip on his bloodied blades. "You understand any o' that buddy?" he says to dragox, not taking his eyes of the lizardman.

Feeling the soothing energy eminating from Dragox's hands heal and knit over some of his wounds gives Narses a shudder of relief. Nodding in thanks he follows Dragox into the tent. "I could use another of those if ya got 'em."
